Even if you’re super desperate, do NOT stay here! It’s the absolute worst and it's no suprise it’s the bottom of all hotels in Gloucester. Imagine everything that can possibly be bad about a place to stay, then multiple by 10. Avoid at all costs.

Cold flat in a old pub , no hearing on when we arrived. Poor WiFi . Had to get key access from another premises owned by same company half mile away. Take away next door open till very late , smelly & noisey . Not recommended for single or lone travelling females , we were approached 3 times outside by vagrants using local off licence for spare change

Great apartment at Friary but our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator which could be a struggle for some.

Just an awful Experiance. The staff have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. When I've asked how I make a complaint they just get more rude and hang up on me. I've been lie to on multiple occasion and the accommodation was a real let down. Worst to stay. I will never use this company again. Shocking!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Its a good distance from shops and anywhere you would like to go. They've got excellent food and bottled waters and other various accommodations. If there are any issues, the staff is quick to address it.

Best hotel I’ve been to. Fantastic staff, great area with a lot to do. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. I had one of the best nights sleep I’ve ever had and I can’t thank all the staff enough for how kind and help they were. Five stars from me!!

Nice apartment in central location
Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded over the edge of the toilet paper and emptied the bin) so I assume their main purpose was to check up on the flat.

Smelly dirty and not reccomemded Stayg here has put me off visiting gloucester. Had to go all the way to town ce tre to book in also which wasn't explained on initial booking. Undesirable area too , people outside till late in AM shouting & noise clearly herd until early hours 😴

Immaculate well equipped apartment
The apartment I was assigned was right next door to the hotel where I picked up the room key. The check in was easy when I read the instructions and realised I had to go to the hotel reception. The apartment was immacuate and well equipped. Much better than a hotel room. There is not a lift so only suitable for people who can manage stairs with luggage. There are three floors.
