Wonderful trip hotel staff is very friendly. Perfect location. Clean room and coffee!! Was visiting my hometown for a 50 yr class reunion. My room felt like home. From the coffeemaker, microwave to the refrigerator Everything you need.

Great location, nice comfortable rooms, best place to stay in globe and I've stayed at them all. Staff is so nice and friendly, I think they would do anything to accommodate.

I was in Globe and stayed here for 4 days. I have never written a negative review ever before. But I would have changed hotels if there were other options available. The hotel was so dirty- especially the bathroom. And dust everywhere. On arrival, I wiped down every surface myself and requested housekeeping come clean the bathroom floor, which they did thankfully. The room door was so hard to open and close. I had to use two hands and all my body weight to open and close it. My colleagues reported the same issues with their rooms. The only redeeming quality was the bed was comfortable and linens were good. Would not recommend this hotel. It needs better staff and cleaning!

Appreciated they accepted us last minute with our two dogs and gave us a ground floor as requested. The bed was so comfortable! A tad dusty on the tables and tv etc and a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom…also hair on floor and dirty tub. Missing smoke alarm. Besides that it was om.

The staff was amazing ..the original booking was done online, and unfortunately because we were up in that area battling a wildfire our check in was going to mneed to be pushed back a few days. When we reached out to the 3rd party that we booked through they were no help and insisted we would need to pay for the rooms whether we occupied them or not. I luckily opened the doors of the hotel lobby and met Sam and Gloria the 2 amazing folks who run this establishment. They listened to my situation and after getting me a cold bottle of water they provided me a solution all with an abundance of kindness. I would reccomend that anyone who is staying in the Globe/ Miami area stay at this hotel.. One of my best customer services encounters ever.
