Excellent hotel to stay in and very peacefu! We enjoyed it

The gel and shampoo dispensers should be changed, they work terribly.

Be aware of the scam!!!!! I booked this Hotel for one night but never stayed. Why? Because the day I arrived for check in, your receptionist, Kristine asked me did you bring a car, I said well I would not walk 400 miles all the way from Northern California to arrive to the hotel. She said well the parking charge will be extra $12. I said, no because when I was booking on your website nothing was written about parking charge. I told her all I saw was parking included with booking. She said, “I don’t know anything about our website, we are separate. “ I said, wow really she said, “yes.” I said, well I wanna see your manager. She said, manager will be here tomorrow by noon. I said, ok in that case I won’t pay for parking until I see your manager. Kristine told me, “I have to cancel your reservation then.” And she did. This how this so called “hotel” works. So she cancelled my reservation and I went and stayed in another place. I NEVER STAYED WITH YOU. The only way you can improve is to fire this employee because not only disrespected your gust and cancelled the reservation. But also, ruined the hotel’s reputation because of $12 extra charge that I believed she wanted to put in her pocket. Very bad experience. I will never personally come nor recommend anybody to stay with you.

Biggest issue with the place was the shower water was only lukewarm, not a good experience after a long day of traveling

The 'guests' in the room nextdoor had numerous screaming matches and 'adult events' that were extremely uncomfortable and way too easy to hear.

Research and read reviews first This is a MOTEL and the pics do not adequately depict it. The good: comfortable bed, relatively quiet room, good shower pressure, less expensive, good location to walk to dinners or shopping, room attendants were nice. The not good: faucet leaked (bad) the entire time in sink, shower had half door and dripped, barn door in bath gapped so little privacy, peeling paint/wall, no extra pillows for guests after request, sticky floor in room, one mirror in entire room and no full length so getting ready was challenging, pool furniture broken and area not maintained, overcharged for parking and at this time not able to get a refund. Just do your research and know if you’re looking for a place to sleep only, excellent; if you want a decent place hang out when not sleeping go somewhere else.
