Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. The host, Candy, was very easy to communicate with.

Location was great but we had a bit of difficulty finding it. There is NO cell service in the area so be sure you know where you are going before heading to the property.

We (two adults with adult child) had a wonderful stay at this property. It's a comfortable home that we looked forward to returning to each evening. Made use of the gas grill most days. The hostess was very kind and considerate and made us feel very welcome.

Cozy cottage

Quiet, very safe area, convenient to Bryce Canyon & Zion NP. Appreciated the info offered by the host regarding restaurants and grocery stores. The house was adequately equipped for cooking. The host was very quick to respond to any questions prior to coming. It was nice that the bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house so we didn't disturb each other and rooms were spacious. I loved having a washer/dryer in the house.
