Spark by Hilton Glendale Phoenix North

Another disaster by Hilton again Hilton has tried to renovate an older hotel and convert it into a spark by Hilton this time in Glendale Phoenix North. After staying in one in Virginia Beach you would think I learned my lesson. This is Hilton’s opportunity to try and renovate an older hotel and make it 1 of theirs to fit in their family of hotel brands and they've failed. Whoever is doing the contract work for Hilton is not paying attention to detail you can see my photos that I will be attaching. Room was dirty, noisy, and just overall unsatisfactory. I actually even went and spoke to the manager and told them that it wasn't worth the $172 a night that I was paying and this was offseason he said he would try and work it down for me, never notice the difference on my bill anyhow I told them I would be writing a bad review. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere nice I will not be staying at another Spark Hotel again. I had small tiny bugs in my room coming from the window and was killing them on my computer desk

Nice one night stay The hotel was clean and up to date and everyone was friendly and helpful. It was nice that the pool opens early so I could swim before it was too hot to be outside. Parking was convenient.
