The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful, what a pleasure it was to have her waiting on me. The rooms are huge with large bathrooms and foyer. What a surprise to get so nice of a room. Excellent place to stay!!

Stayed here on points. The hotel is near a former mall that is being redeveloped and does face the highway but I never heard highway noise. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. The room was HUGE. TV on the wall was outdated and mounted oddly. Mini fridge was missing a leg so it wobbled. Bedroom was a nice size, work desk chair was pretty low to the ground at its highest setting. WiFi worked well. TV lineup did not get FS1. Hot water took forever in the sink but was fast and plenty hot in the shower. The shower in my room was from the ceiling, not angled. I slept well. I did not use the pool/hot tub or breakfast. Both at check in and check out there was no luggage carts. The hallway coming out of the elevator on the 4th floor did have a slight smell of BO. Overall it was a good stay, nothing major to complain about!

This hotel is well run and is kept clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The only downside is navigating your way into the car park-especially in the dark. You sort of have to go back on yourself… Not a lot to do but there is a cinema and a great Texas Roadhouse. Having said this, we would stay again if in the area.

It was one of the most comfortable Comfort Suites we've stayed in recently. The room was very clean, the shower had great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable. I only wish the bed was farther from the AC unit. We either froze under the blowing air or got hot when it turned off.

This was our first stop on a week long family vacation that took us through some very nice places and hotels. Unfortunately, this was not one of them. This hotel is a disaster. Understaffed, trash overflowing everywhere, and everywhere smelled of pot. There were even people drinking and smoking pot in the parking lot while others sped around hanging out of the windows. Oh and someone had vomited on the elevator buttons. Just the perfect start to a vacation. We didn’t dare go near the pool or the breakfast. We got out of there as soon as we could. If all of this is your speed, you’re going to love it.

The suite is absolutely amazing, walk in shower and Jacuzzi style tub was very nice. The breakfast is from 6 am to 9 am hot and fresh. They have a variety of items including sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffle makers, apple and orange juices, yogurt variety, cereal, pastries and cinnamon raisin bread.

We chose to stop at this hotel on our way back to Florida after a trip to Pennsylvania. I have not come to expect much more from these stops than a place to lay my head. However, I was VERY pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the front desk. The room was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were superb and the bed was large and welcoming. Everything was exactly as I might have wanted it to be, including a very nice breakfast, and all at a reasonable price. I would definitely stop here again

Our suite was pristine, spotless, quiet and oh so comfortable. A very well appointed suite with all the amenities, including a nicely sized fridge and two TV's. The staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast is provided and includes muffins, fruit, cereal, eggs, sausage and make your own waffles. We were so comfortable during our stay and will definitely be back!
