The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful, what a pleasure it was to have her waiting on me. The rooms are huge with large bathrooms and foyer. What a surprise to get so nice of a room. Excellent place to stay!!

The room was with a terrible cigar smell we went to the front desk they sent someone to spray and then they put a machine to take away the smell but it worked only for a few hours
Previous the front desk offered a smaller room but didn't work for us beacause my daugther had no space or a bed to sleep and all the hotel said all the rooms were occupied it was booking and did not have a choice just stay in the room with a strong smell of cigar we couldnt sleep and my wife and daugther had headaches

Not a bad stay
Having the "living room" area before the bedroom was nice and kept the noise from the hallway down to a minimum. Breakfast each morning was hot and ready and wasn't the same thing each day. The pool area was nice but HIGHLY chlorinated, to the point where when we were in the hot tub it was burning our eyes. Neither of us count connect to the hotels wifi, when I asked at the desk I was told that it was because I had an Android phone, this is a known issue for the hotel and nobody there knew how to fix it. Bigger issue was parking. 2 hotels shared a lot so parking was at a premium

We got a suite with Jacuzzi tub in room and a rain shower all in one! It was amazing breakfast was good comfortableness was so so the bed was just too still for me personally. We really enjoyed our stay here

Stayed here on points. The hotel is near a former mall that is being redeveloped and does face the highway but I never heard highway noise. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. The room was HUGE. TV on the wall was outdated and mounted oddly. Mini fridge was missing a leg so it wobbled. Bedroom was a nice size, work desk chair was pretty low to the ground at its highest setting. WiFi worked well. TV lineup did not get FS1. Hot water took forever in the sink but was fast and plenty hot in the shower. The shower in my room was from the ceiling, not angled. I slept well. I did not use the pool/hot tub or breakfast. Both at check in and check out there was no luggage carts. The hallway coming out of the elevator on the 4th floor did have a slight smell of BO. Overall it was a good stay, nothing major to complain about!
