A satisfied passerby
Do note, my perspective is for one who passed through France and only slept and ate at the place: which I was very satisfied with because of the following reasons:
The person running the place had excellent English - which is something which may not be the case for many places in France. The room was nice and fresh with a rather comfortable bed. Additionally, the breakfast was also quite nice for a French breakfast: homemade bread, yoghurt and musli and fresh fruit. This was a much better breakfast than I have had on other french hotels in the past which is usually too light for me (i.e., a croissant or white toasted bread). I personally prefer something more heavy when I am at hotels (like English breakfast).
The building looked very nice to which someone staying for longer may enjoy. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone in the area or for anyone passing by Lyon and need a night to stay.

La proximité de la sortie de l'autoroute A6 et sont emplacement très calme font de cet endroit un espace de repos, détente dans le confort. Idéal pour notre étape. L'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux et pédagogique, la bâtisse est remarquable et très grande, les parkings spacieux. La chambre très bien tenue et très bien équipée est confortable et calme. Le petit déjeuner préparé par le propriétaire est très bien achalandé et copieux.

Nous étions 5adultes + 4 enfants et avons passé un week-end dans ce gîte. Grande surprise : pas de salon / canapé (même si info est noté, il est assez surprenant pour un gîte de cette taille d’avoir une « salle repos’ dans un bâtiment séparé. Les chambres sont correctes, avec une deco passée de mode. Nous avons été accueilli froidement par le propriétaire, qui ne semble pas doué pour ce métier. Son épouse est même venu faire une remarque car elle s’inquiétait visiblement des jeux de construction entrepris par nos enfants. On est pas chez nous et on nous l’a bien fait sentir. Le meilleur moment fut le moment du départ : nous avions payé 800€ pour le week-end (bien cher payé pour les prestations et propreté du lieu) et nous avons divisé en 3 pour que chaque couple paie sa part. Mauvais arrondi, il manquait 10centimes… Monsieur nous l’a fait remarqué (sans blaguer) et nous avons laissé une pièce pour solder notre dette. Nous ne reviendrons pas c’est sur. Cherchez ailleurs car pour le prix, vous pouvez trouver mieux Nous avons l’habitude de louer régulièrement des gîtes donc j’ai beaucoup de mal à comprendre les commentaires hyper positifs sur ce gîte…
