Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (St. Enoch Square) Reviews

Room was clean and comfortable reception staff were friendly and helpful our only gripe was the bins in the room weren’t emptied but that could be because it was just a wknd stay.

Just needed an overnight stop prior to driving home after a long flight. Minor problems with the shower setup in 212 but I assume there’s a reason for it (hard to use the smaller shower head because of the way it’s fixed. But I have to say the bed was fine, the breakfast was good and the staff, without exception were terrific. I’ll be back.

It's easy to find near Central Station. The rooms are new and clean, and there are four elevators so you don't have to wait. The breakfast is excellent. The price is reasonable considering the facilities, so I recommend it.

The hotel is located in a busy area, so you can go shopping without taking a car; there is a river view downstairs and there are 3 small and medium-sized supermarkets nearby. The room is simple, bright and clean, reaching the quality of the Premier Inn chain. I will stay there again. * There are 2 bars around the corner. More people drink on Fridays and Saturdays. Happy * There are more people of other races near the river and under the bridge, so be careful when entering and leaving

The hotel is at the entrance of the subway station in the city center and there is a supermarket nearby. It is very cost-effective when it is cheap. The room facilities are average, the free Wi-Fi is very slow, and the toilet facilities are a bit old.

It is very close to Central City, close to Tesco and Riddle, and right next to Enoch, so all infrastructure and transportation are convenient. The hotel is also very clean.

Air conditioning very poor as it is preset at 19 degrees and can not be reduced by customer window is sealed shut. Food menu we found to be very expensive went round the corner and got a meal and drink for 2 which cost half the price of one at said hotel

Stayed 24-28 July 2025. My daughters cherished Jellycat grey cat was TAKEN from her room (509) we believe on Saturday 26th. The hotel are saying they do not have it but it can't leave by itself!! My daughter is 16 years old, and this holds special memories of her granda who passed away in July 2023. I will gladly pay to get it back someone knows what happened to it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE return it to her 😭

Cramped, noisy, uncomfortable and a thoroughly terrible stay. We choose Pre.ier Inn for the "Good Night Guarantee." There weren't any staff available to complain to. Pretty much the worst Premier Inn I'be stayed in and I've stayed in many!

Position excellent, room excellent, staff excellent, great value for money; great air conditioning; bathroom facilities great ....

Great hotel in the city centre. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Lovely breakfast in the adjoining restaurant. Air con worked well too and kept the room at a nice temperature

We were made most welcome, helped through the registration and given very comfortable rooms. Our stay this time was short and sweet but we shall return.

We just love Premier Inns as they really do have the most comfiest beds. This one was no exception. The hotel is in a great location with everything you need close at hand. We booked this hotel as it was close to the train station for an early train we arrived early in Glasgow but we were able to store the luggage for a no obligation donation to Glasgows children’s charity. We could then go for a wander in Glasgow before checking in at 3pm, then back out for more wandering and dinner. The desk is manned 24 hours so if you need any help there is someone there. We left the hotel at 5am and we were greeted with a smile from the lovely gentleman on the desk. We will definitely return to stay here again in the future.
