Easy checkin. Staff were professional and friendly.  Room was quiet, bed comfortable and clean.

Very basic hotel with little amenities. Quite affordable. Mattresses need to be replaced urgently

Facilities were excellent. Clean. Lovely towels. Good TV. Comfortable climate. Quiet. Easy, courteous check-in. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to tune airport shuttle bus. An excellent alternative to staying at the airport hotels when one’s departure flight is not too early.

Terrible quality of customer service. Disappointing customer experience. Disorganization and chaos at breakfast and with meal reservations. Requested cleaning requests also did not appear. The only positive point is the location, literally.

A very satisfactory stay. It is convenient to go to the University of Strathclyde and travel.

The room was better than expected, clean and had a bathtub. For me, who was tired, it was a pleasure to take a bath at night. But there is an impressive problem. The address provided by Ctrip is inconsistent with the location directly opened in the map. I copied the address and opened it in Google to navigate. The result was two directions, and I took a wrong path. This It must be changed.

Arrived early evening to find out we did not have a reservation for two rooms. This we discovered was our own mistake but the the staff were all amazing, very helpful and considerate, especially Lucy in reception and on the bar. They told us what the best deals with food and breakfast

Me & the hubby stayed here so we could go to my cousins wedding. The bed is heaven so comfortable I could just book a few night just to sleep in it lol. it was very clean thank you to the housekeepers. the only thing we could of used more of was sugar we were only given 1 white sugar each but that I could have phoned and asked for more so it won't affect my review lol just like a sugary coffee :D and couldn't be bothered getting more. all the staff were polite and friendly and this premier Inn is nicely situated in Glasgow centre. If I'm every back in Glasgow and need accommodation this is where I will stay.

Hotel is in a central location and is within easy walking distance of both Central and Queens Railway station and Buchanan Bus station. Rooms are clean and comfortable and have air conditioning, which was very welcome as it was hot when we were there. There is a bar and restaurant, which we used a few times. The prices were not unreasonable and the food was tasty. We didn’t book breakfast when we booked but this was not a problem as we could pay on the day if we wanted breakfast. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and set us up for the day. Would go back to this hotel again.

The hotel was spotless lovely hotel and rooms although most of the staff weren’t very friendly. When we arrived to check in no one was there and we weren’t told about much of the facilities like WiFi ect.

Very comfortable, easy check in, good blackout curtains, plenty plugs AND USB connections. Air con in room was pretty good. So handy for city centre only 5 mins from Queen St Station & Buchanan Street Bus Station. Ample tea/coffee etc and big cups. Only downside is the shower was tepid even though the hot water was at its hottest setting.

The most friendly, clean, professional hotel, 200% excellent customer service. All the staff are a credit to the Company, cannot praise them highly enough.

Good location and standard PI rooms but not a fan of the Self Check Inn Also a charge of £15 pp if check in early....................no thanks ! All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful Also putting a nice range of goodies in room for family members Birthday Thankyou
