Will stay agian
We loved our stay here in a beautiful location, friendly hosts, beautiful clean room, right next to a restaurant with a big screen or could watch sky in our room. Lovely.

We are all very aware of cleanliness these days and felt that the motel was a bit grubby. The floor tiles felt dirty & kitchen sink waste disgusting. Didn’t think they any extra sanitising had been done.

Great location to the beach
There was a bit of miscommunication of duties of the new cleaner so didn’t get our beds made or towels renewed for the first two days. Very apologetic front of house and rectified towels. Otherwise comfortable stay.

From the friendly greeting at reception to the clean room my stay here was excellent. I have just spent a couple of months exploring NZ and this is my favourite motel!

What an awesome location, room was fantastic, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Extra large rooms which are great for families. Only five minutes from centre of town and a stroll across the road to the beach. Will be back to stay again.

Unfortunately I didn't get to see the beach as the weather was dreadful. The motel gave a comfortable nights stop, with everything I needed. Kitchenette was equipped with 2 hot plates, microwave etc. Good shower and lovely toiletries. Comfortable bed, could do with bed side light or more accessible switch (only on one side). Some traffic noise.
