Excelente hotel, muy comodas las habitaciones, excelente limpieza, excelente comida, me gusto mucho el ambiente en la piscina, familiar, seguro, los desayunos excelentes, para mejorar no tuvimos neverita en la habitación. Excelente atención y servicio al cliente.

Estuvimos adquiriendo el servicio de la cabaña, estabamos en una fecha especial ese dia... el cumpleaños de mi papa... sus 62 años. que para mi fue la mejor decision, escoger la gastronomia del hotel.... sus platas exquisitos. CALIENTE! TODO. Me encanto la presetacion de los platos. la atencion perfecta de los meseros de ese dia. todo fue perfecto. lo que les pedia a los meseros fueron muy amables en hacer la experiencia de mi papa perfecta

Vinimos al hotel Bachue en Girardot a recibir el nuevo año 2025 y nos encontramos con una excelente bienvenida por parte de Tatiana en la recepción muy amable nos hizo upgrade de habitación, probamos la comida y la fiesta de fin de año espectacular muy bien organizado todo y volvemos a resaltar la atención de los meseros y de todo el personal amables y atentos la pasamos muy bien y a la fecha seguimos aquí descansando y disfrutando de este hotel.

Este hotel deberían cerrarlo, verdaderamente hospedarse en este lugar es un verdadero desastre: 1. Las camas son una porquería: el colchón, la sábanas y cobijas inmundas. 2. El desayuno horrible!!!! Solo una opción y la calidad muy mala. 3. El servicio malo. 4. El mobiliario viejo. 5. Las habitaciones de lo peor, viejas y sucias. Mi recomendación NO SE QUEDEN EN ESE LUCAR TAN INMUNDO

Muy buen servicio y atención, como puntos a mejorar el servicio de Internet para quienes vamos en plan tletrabajo ya que fue bastante complicado trabajar desde el hotel, las areas comunes y piscina muy aseados y ordenados, desayuno muy rico y variado. Me sentí cómodo y tranquilo. Precios del restaurante un poco elevados relación costo/beneficio. Pero igual lo recomiendo por su servicio y ubicación.

Atención del personal excelente, piscina un poco sucia y lo único que hacen es aplicarle cloro, los precios del restaurante son muy elevados y para un hotel tan bien ubicado, el precio que piden por habitación es exagerado, debido a que las habitaciones son antiguas y no están bien conservadas y cuidadas. La verdad cuando ingresamos a la habitación nos llevamos una decepción porque no son como se ven en las fotos y, pues el precio que piden no lo vale.

personal valioso mala gerencia el portero miguel muy amable en restaurante ali es atento la piscina siempre limpia me toco la mala suerte de tener huespedes borrachos que no dejaron dormir en 2 dias y me toco venirme al tocarema que es mas amplio mas bonito y mas tranquilo la habitacion que me toco era muy vieja sabiendo que voy por 155 paises creo que han podido ofrecerme gratis o pagando pasarme al cuarto piso llame varias veces a decir no podia dormir aca en tocarema hay mas control de las areas comunes cierran y recogen todo asi los huespedes respetan horarios el desayuno muyy pobre una sola fruta por dia y el cereal con azucar no hay muchas opciones light les sugeri 2 o 3 frutas y algo mas de variedad

Excelente servicio e instalaciones, todo muy limpio, la comida estuvo demasiado bien, ofrecen varios servicios para poder compartir con amigos o familia, definitivamente es un lugar al cual volvería muchas veces mas. Gracias por toda la atención prestada!
