Hotel veramente bello , ottima posizione per potersi spostarsi nei dintorni ( Pescasseroli, scanno, roccaraso, l'aquila........), camere molto pulite con aria condizionata e wifi , complimenti al proprietario FRANCO, ai camerieri ALADIN, GIORGIO , allo chef ANTONIO, tutti bravi , disponibilissimi e cortesi, molto educati. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante , molto ben curato , il buffet degli antipasti molto abbondante a seguire anche i primi, secondi piatti molto pieni, per non dire esagerati. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto , se dovessi dare un voto darei un 10 e lode su tutto. Lo consiglio vivamente, se dovessi ritornare da queste parti, sicuramente sarà il mio primo obbiettivo . Un abbraccio a tutti alla prossima .

Personale cordiale ed educato, sempre attento al cliente. Ristorante favoloso, piscina per rilassarsi e delle ottime camere (comprese le pulizie). Che dire sono stati dei giorni ottimi per staccare un po’ la spina e rilassarsi… torneremo sicuramente!

Ristorante carino, mangiato bene. Camere ottime, buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La ragazza alla reception sembra un po' brusca, invece è molto efficiente. La piscina purtroppo la mattina è molto fredda.

Il soggiorno era andato davvero bene, struttura facilmente raggiungibile, ampio parcheggio, super rilassante, camera spaziosa, personale gentile e ottima cena e colazione. Peccato per l’ultima sera in cui è accorso un gruppo numeroso e si sono praticamente dimenticati di noi, facendoci aspettare un’ora per mangiare (dopo aver sollecitato) e non sono stati chiari in fase di preventivo quando non hanno specificato che la bambina di un anno e mezzo avrebbe pagato i pasti (mi era stato fatto presente solo di un sovrapprezzo per la culla, non per il cibo). A prescindere da questo episodio consiglio questa struttura a chi vuole rilassarsi e staccare la spina. L’hotel è datato ma tenuto abbastanza bene. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono.

Arrivando all'hotel Filippone, si incontra subito ciò che ogni ospite si aspetterebbe, oltre all'ambiente curato e pulito, persone accoglienti, piene di attenzioni, professionali ed ospitali in due parole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, tanto da non voler quasi andar via. Camera super accogliente e pulita e dotata di ogni confort, non avremmo desiderato di meglio dopo essere stati accolti dopo una tormenta di neve e senza prenotazione, cosa che per una casualità fortuita si è risolta bene per noi, facendoci conoscere una struttura degna di nota con personale degno di lode!!! Il gentilissimo Signor Franco e la gentilissima moglie e figli, Federico lo chef, e tutto il personale super sono persone con la P maiuscola, sempre pronte a scaldare il cuore di chi arrivi da loro, con gentilezza e garbo. Non dimenticheremo mai chi va addirittura al di là del proprio lavoro, e ci mette altruismo ed amore per l'altro, indipendentemente dal proprio interesse strettamente personale. Qui nel meraviglioso hotel Filippone ti senti a casa oltre che in un bellissimo, confortevole e pulitissimo hotel!Ci torneremo di sicuro!! Ottima cucina! Antonio, Lucia e Francesco

The Restaurant is 4-star, the hotel not really
I have seen better equipped hostels than this 4 star hotel. There were no tooth brushes, no tooth paste, no shampoo nor conditioner offered. There was also no bathtub despite getting one of the pricier rooms. The spring mattresses seem quite old, the pillows were comfortable though. The air conditioning was not working well either.
The breakfast consisted of many sweets and biscuits (typical Italian), cornflakes, toast, sandwich cheese and some ham. There were no fruits or vegetables, not even eggs offered in the morning.
The staff though was very welcoming and caring. They took your orders and prepared your drinks. The coffee they use is excellent. The restaurant food is amazing and everyone is working hard to provide excellent service.
TLDR
The hotel is ok, the service is great, the food excellent, even if not balanced/healthy.

Si può fare di più, ma siamo stati bene complessivamente.... La conduzione familiare ha i suoi limiti ma anche i suoi pregi....quindi dipende da cosa ci si aspetta, ma io complessivamente quando sono andato via ho dato un giudizio più che positivo. Bravo Franco
