Things in the room were not working Breakfast was ok but not great My room was not cleaned on Saturday Location next to restaurants and shopping is great

Great location, amazing atmosphere, room was spectacular, staff was awesome and service was fabulous! I would definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Hyatt Place Gilbert. No crib was available for my baby—the main reason I booked Hyatt. First room had coffee stains on the wall; second had stained carpet, torn couch, and peeling siding. The app claimed “recently renovated rooms,” yet staff said no renovations had started. This felt more like a Motel 6 than a Hyatt. Very misleading and not up to Hyatt standards.

Location is great, right off 202, across the highway from the Mercy Hospital. Room layout is great, with large sofa, desk, and fridge/coffee counter separated by 1/2 wall from bed. Large bathroom area. Staff is not engaged, not very helpful. Room was poorly maintained. Deadbolt was broken and we informed front desk. Were told would be fixed that day. Was not fixed that day, or at anytime during our 4 night stay. Some sort of fixture on the wall next to the sink was missing, with just a bare holder attached. Showerhead was right next to the wall, completely unadjustable, and with very little water pressure. The lack of maintenance, lack of responsive to customer needs, and lack of good customer service by staff are key signs of a facility that is poorly managed. Would find alternatives if possible.

Bed Was Very Comfortable The Entire Stay Was Very Nice would stay here anytime I’m visiting Arizona
