Beautiful, quiet home within a short walking distance to the community lake and Freestone Park (0.5 mi). Saturday mornings, you can head to downtown Gilbert for the Farmer's Market located by Water Tower Plaza (2 mi) and afterwards grab lunch at one of the many local spots nearby. There is plenty of room for rest and relaxation in the spacious main bedroom equipped with a king sized bed, sitting area, and vanity. The large, open space main bathroom has a large walk in shower, double sinks and a separate toilet room. The dark and cool second bedroom has a new king sized bed and large flatscreen television.

We did not spend a lot of time at the house, but it was very clean comfortable and I loved all the little extras in the bathroom in the kitchen. The host was very helpful and allowed us to borrow a rolling cooler which was very kind.

Mindy has a beautiful home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy with a lock box. All questions were answered quickly via the app. House was well appointed and we needed nothing. Check out was simple. Highly recommend.

The home was wonderfully inviting, spacious, and very comfortable. We were in-town for business, and the home was perfectly located for us to meet with clients in Chandler, Phoenix, and Scottsdale while also being convenient to Mesa Gateway Airport. I would highly recommend the property.

We needed a quiet place to stay for a week or so until our new home was ready for us to move in. Mindy was extremely accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Her home perfectly met our needs. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because there were a couple of issues that needed attention, which were discussed with Mindy and I trust she will address these so they won’t be problematic for others. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Keep this one a secret!
The house was perfect for our stay. Would love to come back and stay longer. House has everything you need and is close to all things Arizona. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Cozy, great attention to detail
Owner had thought of everything to make stay comfortable and enjoyable. A mix of nice rental with feeling of staying at a friend’s place. Nice layout to home and extra nice touch of access to fresh garden. No access to garage, but easy driveway parking.

Perfect stay in Gilbert!
We had a fantastic stay at Mindy’s home! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family trip. It had everything we needed, from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen. My boys were able to pick a few carrots from the garden! The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and conveniently located near the baseball fields my son had a tournament at. Mindy was responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!
