Tucked up under the Mogollon Rim Lookout, this 1800 sq foot single story home is perfect for enjoying a getaway with family or friends. Kick back and relax while you explore our multiple spaces within the nearly 7 acre Homestead property. Plenty of trails for hiking and horseback riding. We have space for several horses with 5 stalls, turn outs, and a round pen. The adjacent property, the Colcord Mountain Hideaway can be rented separately or together with the Retreat.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).1 large dog or 2 small dogs are allowed..About checkOut:Check out before 4:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.2 Pack and Plays available upon request..About customRules:No events, parties, or large gatherings without prior notification and/or permission..No ATV's or motorized dirt bikes are to be ridden on the property. Loved this cozy clean cabin on such a gorgeous property. Very quiet and secluded and super comfy and well-equipped. Owner was really responsive, friendly and welcoming! Cant wait to come back! Thank you Martins!

Very peaceful, relaxing get away. House was clean, and had great communication with the host. We got there at night, a little hard to find. Also, A/C not available throughout the house, only kitchen and living room (portable units). But, overall, a great stay and anyone should rent from these hosts with confidence.

Wonderful getaway
What a delightful, beautiful and cozy home. Cindy & Dave were absolutely excellent hosts! Very warm and inviting. Our kids had plenty of room to run around and be free. The whole property was very spacious and well kept. We will definitely be back to stay again.

AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, SERENE!!!!
This place is simply breathtaking. You can hear the wind in the trees! We saw many deer! The owners go above and beyond. Cindy was helpful whenever we had questions and gave us a few really cool suggestions of places to go. I would highly recommend!!! 10 stars!!!

Amazing Getaway!
Could not be happier with our stay. 4 days in a beautiful loft surrounded by nature. Comfortable bed, spacious and perfect amenities. The gas little stove heating the room in the loft added to the rooms romantic feel. It was beyond perfect. The host was so sweet and checked in on us upon arriving. We had everything we needed for a post holiday getaway!

Great place! Cozy, comfortable getaway
We had a great time staying in this house. Cindy was super responsive and the house was clean, comfortable and cozy. We brought our German Shepherd and the property was great for him with the fenced area. We would definitely stay here again!

Peaceful New Years Getaway
Absolutely beautiful property inside and out!! My husband and I with our small furr baby came up for four nights over New Years holiday, the house is so inviting and cozy! The kitchen is well equipped with all the cooking/baking utensils and appliances you need to make amazing meals or sweet treats. Also, we were so excited to wake up to see deer daily grazing close to the house.. and even during our walks there were beautiful birds and funny squirrels to keep you entertained for hours! We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for the amazing experience Cindy and Dave!
