"We arrived early and they held our bags while we explored Gijon. Breakfast was very good. Lots to choose from.. Rooms are named after famous people. We were in the Ronald Reagan room. There is no on site parking or valet. Public parking is 45 Euros per night approximately and is 5 or six blocks from the hotel."

"The hotel is a bit outdated and old, which is a shame because the location is fantastic. The breakfast is very poor. It's in a cafeteria with very few options. It served its purpose because we were attending an event and only booked the hotel because of its proximity, and we only stayed there to sleep. It's not really suitable for enjoying the hotel itself."

"i booked the single bed room. it's quite small but sufficient if you sre staying for one night like it was my case and there wasnt any noise from the outside as the view is on an empty street. however the walls are very thin, so if the neighbors are nosy you are out of luck. note: there isnt any physical reception after 18h, so if you srrive there make sure to ring and it will connect you with someone over the phone and they will do your checkin in a machine with a camera."

"I chose the hotel based purely on location (closest one to where the friends I was visiting live) and was absolutely fine for what I needed. I ended up working on my laptop at the little desk in my room a lot more than expected and the WiFi didn't drop once. Staff were friendly, room & hotel clean, a little noisy but it's on the main road with a restaurant underneath (which opens much later than it says online) but the windows keep the worst of the noise out. Given 4/5 as they do the leave the key at reception when you leave the hotel thing - while I understand this in terms of loss prevention and knowing who is in the hotel in an emergency, there was often noone to hand it to forcing you to leave it on the desk and hope noone else picked it up, which doesn't make you feel like your work laptop is very secure in your room! However, overall, I would stay there again."
