Terrible! The room wasn't cleaned on the first day, the trash wasn't taken out, and the towels weren't changed. After I reported it to the front desk, it was cleaned the next day, but on the third day, the same old thing happened: the floor wasn't mopped, the bed wasn't made, and they only changed the towels. I've never seen such a lousy hotel!

Overall, the room is clean and the receptionists are very helpful.
The only thing that disappointed me was that on the second day when I returned to the room, I found a big dead mosquito with its blood on the floor, and there was also a spot of blood on the sheet next to my pillow, which I am sure that it didn’t exist on the first day when I checked in. I hope the staff can be more attentive to such details when cleaning the room. But overall, I am quite satisfied with the stay and would recommend it.

We booked a triple room, and even though we forgot to check the 12-square-meter area, the extra bed had to be pulled out from a closet, and we had to sleep halfway inside the closet, which is something I've never encountered before. It really wasn't enough for three people, just one night.
