Maravilloso alojamiento. Un oasis de serenidad y tranquilidad. Habitación amplia, preciosa, comodísima. Los propietarios absolutamente encantadores. Nada más llegar te dan un mapa y un montón de información útil. Cuando hicimos el check-out todavía teníamos gran parte del día en la ciudad. Pedimos dejar las maletas, no iban a estar ese día en el alojamiento (hay que tener en cuenta que es una casa de huéspedes, no un hotel) y de desvivieron para hacerlo posible buscando diferentes opciones (a pesar de que nos sabía mal, y les dijimos que las dejaríamos en la consigna de la estación, pero no consintieron y lo arreglaron). La localización es alejada del centro (se llega enseguida en el tranvía) pero al lado de la estación de tren. No disfrutamos del desayuno, pero tenía buena pinta. El precio es algo elevado, eso sí.

I feel I must make people aware of the terrible experience I had with the owner Didier Coene. I had booked and paid for a room in June last year using ***********. On the morning we left, Didier asked me to pay, and as I knew I had to pay for breakfast & the City tax I paid his bill with my credit card. I hadn't realised until much later that her'd also taken payment for the room as well. It took almost 10 months of emailing, receiving his excuses, delaying tactics and finally he ignored my please for a refund so I reported him to ***********. They apologised profusely and refunded me themselves as he was unwilling to do so. I wonder how many others he has done this to...Please be careful
