Worst hotel ever. Stained pillows, sheets and walls. Wall fittings and floor was falling apart. Air conditioning control in the room didn't work. Couldn't switch off lights during the night. Lots of noise from adjoining rooms and corridor until 3am. Booked for a few nights based on good reviews but ended up leaving after the first night. All the good reviews are fake reviews.

I had an exceptional experience with the housekeeping service during my stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive, punctual, and maintained the room to the highest standards of cleanliness. Every detail, from fresh linens to spotless bathrooms, was handled with care. They were respectful, courteous, and always greeted with a warm smile. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work. Truly top-notch service that added so much comfort to my stay. I have stayed considerable amount of time in the hotel; the hospitality is quite impressive and specially Mr. Pramesh Rana and Mr. Chintu and Mr, sumeet have been very cooperating in terms of the basic housekeeping facilities.
