The hotel is not made for business people, as you have to be patient. Music and screaming until the wee hours of the morning as weddings take place at the hotel. I had to call the reception several times because in the room they continued with loud music and shouting and what they told me was because there were people who had come to the wedding and to top it off very bad service for dinner and more at breakfast because there were not enough staff to attend. The only good thing that the few people who had to serve were friendly.

This hotel is a nightmare from hell, rat infested, leaky taps, appalling service, staff totally ignoring our concerns. Rooms are not sound proofed, extremely noisy even after midnight, as people shouting and being loud in the corridors kept us awake every night. Worse of all there’s no access other than taking the lift to go from one floor to another and at least 30 or more people waiting to get the lifts every time. There’s no stair way access which is dangerous in case one needs to suddenly evacuate the building. We would strongly recommend staying away from this horrible hotel.

The hotel itself is good with friendly staff.the rooms are spacious but the wooden furnitures need immediate renovation.the good stops here.unfortunately in the hotel they had Indian weddings all the day, from the morning till night.i got crazy!!!the music was so loud that I thought I was in a club!!!my head was hearing all the time this awful music.i told to the manager why you didn't inform me and other guests that you would have all the days weddings.also the floor of the swimming pool was booked from the weddings and we could not use it.it is shame for a 5* hotel.never again to Radisson Blu kaushambi hotel!!!!

This is a fraud hotel . Don’t believe in them since they allocate your room to some other guest even though booking . They refused check in at 11.30 pm despite booking . It’s one of the most pathetic hotel and seems like a big fraud . Pls don’t book this hotel

Nice hotel
Excellent hotel, service, friendly and courteous staff. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and had the luxury feel. Some maintenance in the room will benefit though. Doors on the shelves below TV bench were askew, tilted.

Direction
Everything was good, food is amazing, bed is good and service was excellent and desk agent Himanshu is very courteous.
The only problem we got is direction of the Hotel Address is Noide but actually is in Ghaizabad .
Hotel should fix this problem.
