Worst hotel ever. Stained pillows, sheets and walls. Wall fittings and floor was falling apart. Air conditioning control in the room didn't work. Couldn't switch off lights during the night. Lots of noise from adjoining rooms and corridor until 3am. Booked for a few nights based on good reviews but ended up leaving after the first night. All the good reviews are fake reviews.

Chef Ali provided exceptional service for my mum’s birthday celebration. He personally attended to our needs and made sure that all 25 of our guests were well taken care of. His attention to detail and dedication truly elevated the experience.

We had a function for 20 people in Sultan restaurant and had an amazing experience. Chef Ali went above and beyond to make sure that our requirements were met and our guest are looked after. He was professional caring and present throughout the function even though it was his day off. Hats off to him and Radission Blu is lucky have such a dedicated and talented chef in their team. Deepak from service team was amazing and food quality and spread was awesome

Amazing stay, the staff was so courteous and helpful. The rooms were well cleaned and the breakfast service was amazing. The staff of the hotel made the stay. They looked after our preference very well and all the requests were taken care in time.
