Fin de semana sensacional en Arriluce, donde mezclan con muchísimo gusto la tradición de un palacio histórico con todas las comodidades actuales. El personal es muy profesional y atento. La habitación espectacular, con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. Y mención especial merece el desayuno, muy top. Volveremos seguro en verano para poder disfrutar también del espacio de piscina!

I had an exceptional experience at Palacio Arriluce! The food was outstanding, and the customer service was top-notch - the staff treated me with impeccable care and attention. We had an amazing stay at Palacio Hotel Arriluce! From the moment we arrived, Ainara welcomed us like long-lost friends and made sure we had everything we needed (and then some!). Her local tips were a brilliant —seriously, we wouldn’t have found half the hidden gems without her. The hotel itself is stunning. The room was gorgeous, the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the view? Let’s just say we considered never leaving. The food was fantastic—don’t miss the breakfast! We’re still dreaming about it. If you’re heading to Bilbao, you have to stay here. We’re already plotting our return!

Perfect in every way! Delicious food, view, accommodations, and service from all the staff. Highly recommended. Getxo is not well known among our circle but that’s about to change. A flight into Bilbao will get you easily to this paradise. Just GO!

We had a wonderful stay at Palacio Arriluce celebrating our anniversary. The staff was very helpful and kind, the grounds and common areas of the hotel were beautiful, and our room (Marina Suite) had a large terrace overlooking the Bay of Biscay. The concierge booked us a reservation for the water circuit at the spa the afternoon of our arrival- it was a wonderful way to relax after a long day of travel. We also booked a boat tour up the Nervión river to the Guggenheim, which was a lovely way to see the area and learn about the history of Bilbao and Getxo. The amenities in the room were great- including a nice hairdryer and hair straightener, comfortable bedding. The breakfast was delicious, it included both an extensive buffet and for-order egg dishes. Finally, we enjoyed drinks in the evening at the bar, which had great drinks, olives and ambience. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to the Bilbao area.

What an amazing find. It's like you're staying a friend's fabulous estate. The view is magical, the front desk people are attentive and took great care of us. We had two rooms, traveling with our adult daughter. We extended our stay because the grounds, the room and the food was quite fabulous. The morning and afternoon restaurant staff were a bit unfriendly and uptight, but other than that glitch in perfection, everyone else made us feel very welcome and it was a luxurious experience in a very average little town.
