Great place to stay at Higgins Lake!! The house is clean & updated and feels like home - all the amenities you need, and then some, plus an amazing view!Everything was clean and comfortable. The whole family enjoyed it!One note for guests - bring water shoes for going in the lake out past the owner's boat. Couldn't be happier with our stay - it was awesome and the owners were responsive and gave all the necessary information. Seamless check-in, stay, and check-out.We loved it!

Summer Getaway
We had a great time with our kids and family at this property. Bouy worked great for the boat and swimming from the dock was amazing for the kids. House was clean and as advertised.

Higgins lake at its finest
We had a group of 8 adults for 3 days. It was a perfect week for our family and friends to gather for my birthday. They remembered every little detail down to the s’mores care package on the table. It was a beautiful place to watch the sun rise and set from the same sandy beach. We have a 24 foot boat and the mooring ball was perfect. It did take some spotters to watch for rocks on the at out with the boat, but super easy because the water is crystal clear. We will be back!
