My wife and I rented a room here last weekend, first the stick us in the rear of the property where all the full time people living there stay (after harassing my wife to rent a room for a week). Then we get into the room where they is no toliet paper, no trash can or not towels. Then once we went to sleep and woke up for rest room the roaches started showing their self’s. I took many videos and showed the property manager in the morning, where I was told apparently we was given some sort of discount for something were still unclear about. Horrible experience!

Great room! The only problems I had was I was degraded from their hometown studios room to a regular room and was still given the price of the other room. I was also never told I was getting a downgrade until arrived on site. The room was very nice!

The first night of our stay my husband phoned the front desk multiple times due to the continuous barking of a dog in the next room. We were informed that we were in the "Pet Friendly" building. No such request was made by us and we were not informed of that fact at the time we were issued our room. No restorative sleep was possible. In the morning (dog still barking), we were given a room in another building and told that we would received a refund for the first night. When we went to check out the next morning, the sign on the lobby/check-in office door said "OPEN", but the door was locked. We knocked repeatedly, waited several minutes, and finally left. We did not receive the promised refund. We also received no follow-up response to numerous emails and telephone calls to Red Roof Inn. I provided details as requested, but never heard back from anyone, although I was promised a response within 48 hours. Nothing.

This is hands-down, the finest Red Roof Inn I have ever stayed at staff were professional, kind, and accommodating. The room itself was like a boutique hotel. I highly recommend this facility and most certainly plan on returning when I come back to the area. Thank you for a really nice stay.

We were met outside by a guy high on ***** and across the parking lot we heard a door slam. A guy and lady were in a heated argument. We had bought reservations and we were a day late getting there. But after we were greeted this way we asked for a partial refund. Needless to say a refund was denied. We went a mile down the road and got a different motel for the night

This room is very nice for the price I think they should get at lease 3 and a half to 4 stars only thing the room needs is black out curtains the light underneath the pull down curtains make it impossible to sleep

I was skeptical at first but my boyfriend and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice our room was. We booked it late last night during a storm so we weren’t expecting much but we’ll definitely come back if we end up passing through again.

Booked this place for one night on a 3rd party app, prepaid. Got there and was told they must have $100 cash deposit or credit card--they were unable to use my Visa debit card. Since I'd forgotten my credit card at home, I used the atm in the lobby for the cash or I wouldn't have been staying that night. The $100 deposit was stated on the 3rd party app, but it didn't say they didn't take debit cards. There are signs on the front door that say that, but that was the first I was aware of the policy. Also, since it was a cash deposit--on check out they had to inspect the room to be sure I could get my cash back. I understood all of this and the clean room/quiet night was worth the extra hassle. Just thought I'd give a heads up to others who may run into this. Not something I've ever experienced before.
