As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I’d say run. We booked a king room and wondered why we had no lights outside our window and found out in the morning that our view was the back of the overhead where you check in. There was no hot water on check in which shows the boiler is shut down to save money, room was dated, lamps were missed matched. Lobby no different… breakfast was put out scantily Like they didn’t allow you to over eat. Glad we only booked one night. Oh, and next day found a plastic piece from the ice machine that went into my morning coffee… yuk, poor maintenance all around . Went to hilton garden at airport 2nd night and for same price, Go there instead… 15 minutes north and very nice This one….Totally franchised… run

The outside door area where a condensation drain line was located was covered in wet cigarette butts. Pretty nasty looking. Also built up mildew in my shower and hair on the shower walls. Not very pleasant. Room 137 Pawleys Island.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was hot and varied. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was great!

The people that work at this Hampton Inn are fantastic. They could not have been nicer and all were very friendly. Lady who does the breakfast is incredible and made us all feel great and was helpful. They have a big plus in location but the rooms while clean, had a musty smell. asked about and they were glad to move us but wasnt worth the effort. Think it was because it was on first floor. would try again and request 2nd or 3rd and see if better

Room change
Our room had a very strong carpet shampoo odor, but the hotel staff allowed us to move to another room. The second room was fine and had no smell.

Because I went through *******, my room reservation request was not honored. I had reserved a one bedroom suite and I was given a regular room with two queen beds.

Needed a last minute hotel. Very expensive for a Hampton inn but was it clean and people were nice
