I booked the Georgetown Lodge online on a last minute decision to visit the area. Everything went smoothly from reserving the room to check-out. The room was showing its age but everything was in working order (except for the broken control knob for the overhead fan). The bed was comfortable. The limited breakfast menu was all that we needed to get us started for the day. And the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We also liked the location with our view of the mountainside. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The lodge is right on the highway and when I saw our king bedroom was next to the highway, I asked the woman at the front desk if it was loud and she said "No, ive never heard the highway when I was in those rooms".. well she was wrong! Between the trucks and the really noisy heater, it was impossible to sleep. In addition, I selected this location because they had free breakfast starting at 6am. My husband and I had to catch a flight and tried to get into the lobby at 6:30am and it was closed. I called the number on the door to tell them we wanted to check out and no one answered!

Our room with quiet. Temperature in the room was good. Breakfast room had a play area full of toys for keeping the little ones entertained which was great!! We would have liked some savory food choices, too. Front desk woman was friendly and helpful.

When I looked online to book a hotel, I saw this and it looked real nice. Upon arrival I drove up, the place looked old. I went in to register you had to walk down stairs with a dirty carpet. The woman gave me a key, went to the room and it was old. Lighting was terrible, bed spreads old. So I went back to the desk, told them we were leaving, said I couldn't get my money back because I booked online. Yes, their website. I commented on there received no response. I would not recommend.

After sleeping in the bed for 2 nights, I pulled back the sheets and saw a big pee stain!! I wanted to throw up. I tried to tell the front desk as we checked out, but no one was there.

The woman at reception who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. However, the "free WIFI" was so weak that we couldn't get online. We use the internet for work and pleasure. Not having access to it was a significant inconvenience. There was NO ATTENDANT in the breakfast room, and it was dimly lit. Breakfast offering were extremely limited. No fresh fruit, nor eggs, nor sausage. There was only enough apple juice for two small cups, each half full. Lastly, there was a person sound asleep on the couch in the breakfast room. Has s/he been there all night?!

The staff is very respectful and willing to help. However, the room conditions were horrendous, the toilet was extremely dirty. The bedsheets looked old and not cleaned. The ceiling fan did not work at all. The cleaning supplies are not the best.
