Room was dirty, live roach in bedside table, bathroom door knob falling off and door would not close, room smelled musty, no coffee pot available, and overall just a nasty place to stay.

This place is inexpensive, but old. It needs to be upgraded immensely, beginning with the bathroom. Outdated, no safety rails, no handicap baths and the tubs have no anti-slip material in the tub. IF you're looking for an inexpensive stay, this may serve your purpose. We stayed here once b4 & I slipped in the tub trying to take a shower & busted the back of my head on the tub. Fortunately, I wasn't injured (hard head) but we learned quickly to place a towel in the tub 4 traction. We stay here a second time for it was a whole lot cheaper than other places that had jacked their prices because of the time of year.

Last minute planned stay …. Friday night got there the lady behind the counter was so amazing, nice, friendly. Didn’t plan on house keeping coming in .. we had a popcorn fight… we was going to clean up after the beach… they came in and our room was perfect after the beach! Great stay for the price.. had to get more towels again the lady was super awesome! Thanks to all of you ! Our last minute trip turned out perfect! Great location, great staff!!! You guys rock !! We will be back

If you stay here, you need to stay closer to the main office. We did not have hot water when we arrived at 1am. The person working the front desk even came and checked and opened another room for us to shower in. On our last night, we got back to our room around 10pm and, again, had no hot water. When I spoke to the manager her simple said the “water is the water” and they didn’t receive any other complaints. However, we were the second to last room. Rather than believing his staff member and guest, he acted like we were lying. Why would we shower in another room? They also charged me more than I was to pay for the room. We also had to handle people who lived in the complex blaring their music at 11/12am.

Staff pleasant and amicable. No safety railing, our unit had a sliding glass door leading out to a roofed overhang with no safety railing at all. It's an older building,needs MORE maintenance, possible for hazards, under the beds haven't been cleaned in a long time. no bugs reported however, all electronics worked, however all electronics were plugged into one outlet causing a short in the microwave. microwave came on and off on its own . lighting was, interesting. Air Conditioner needed maintenance bad, however it still functioned properly

The management is rude. I had to leave early and was booked for the week and they refused a refund. They owed me for 4 days and they said, it wasn’t their problem! Do not stay here if at all possible.

Check in was good, but the condition of the room was terrible, holes in Sheetrock everywhere, odd stains on walls, water constantly running in shower
