Check in was not a great experience. The guy working the desk did not speak good English, so it was hard communicating with him. Although our room was booked for over a week, we were booked in a room that the air conditioning did not work. He changed our room to the 2nd floor but the keys would not work. He had to open it with a regular key and assured us it would get fixed the next morning. The room was not very clean. A dirty wash cloth was still hanging in the shower. The floors weren’t very clean and there was a mysterious substance on the furniture where the tv was. The walkway to the rooms were dirty as well. We were not very pleased!

Tv did not work and asked twice and no one came and looked at it. The floor was nasty. Room was beat up. No trasjh cans were in the room.

The staff was welcoming. The lobby and outside of the building was alright. I got my room and it smelt dirty and of smoke. I could see a lot of debris and trash on the floor. It looked like it hasn’t been touched by maintenance. I seen ROACHES in my room. I ask for a refund but didn’t get one. I was in the building not even 5 mins when I discovered all of this.

It was dirty and not in good condition. Paint on floor, nasty stuff on walls. Very dirty. Mold on inside and our side of DeGrut. Would never go there again

I was in the room less than 30 minutes and killed 2 roaches. We didn't stay in the room at all but we are forced to pay. Im very dissatisfied with the experience.

Bad experience I would give 0 stars if I could. I got there and the lady said she couldn't find my reservation. I had to pay for another room. The room was nasty and had something on the comforter. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
