Wonderful stay here. Stopped in for a one night stay. We enjoyed it here. Loved the views. Short drive to the harbor walk.

This may be one of the best experiences I've had at a hotel front desk; Janine was great! I booked a 2Q room with points, planning to get a cot for my adult son. But I inquired about a guaranteed Gold upgrade and Janine made it happen. This has rarely worked out for me, even as a Gold member who travels regularly, so I was thrilled. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us in the 1 bedroom suite. Janine was friendly and helpful at every turn - give her the raise she deserves! We also enjoyed breakfast, a stroll on the marina pier and another stroll to the historic Harborwalk downtown for dinner.Georgetown is a lovely little place; it was a nice start to our trip visiting Pawleys Island. We enjoyed our time here thoroughly.

Booked thru ******* for 1 night when we checked in they would not allow us to add our Hilton Number because we booked thru ******* , we extended our stay 1 day and they made us check out and back in same room higher rate could us Hilton number. The hotel is very dated needs a total redo not up to Hampton standards . Front desk always said sorry I’m the only one working when you asked for something . You must drive to get to any restaurant. Rooms are very dated also. The internet was spotty at best . If every in need again will book Murrells Inlet Hampton a little further away but totally remodeled .

Shocked by Hampton’s Quality
The first night in room 416 woke up at 2 in the morning sweating because air wasn’t working. Moved to room 425 next and water coming in through the window seal. Roughed it out due to not feeling like moving again.

Everything was great as far as staff, amenities and convenience to things we needed. Our only drawback was our room location we were first floor between bathrooms for breakfast area on one side and elevators on the other side, made for very noisy area this room should be a storage room or something

Very dated property needs a total redo not worth the price , not up to Hampton standards. Front desk would not let me add my Hilton member number because we booked thru ******* . We had to extend or stay for a day so they made us check out and check back in (same room) with a new key higher rate but we could add our Hilton member number. If we had to do it over would have booked Murrells Inlet which is a totally remodled Hampton.

Great stay!
Great stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet offered many options and was kept clean and tidy, and the room was clean and spacious. The only problem we saw was the pool could have been cleaner.
