Amenities including large front sunroom, washer/dryer, full kitchen, and 3 parking spaces in the front and parking available in the rear. Located 3 mins from Historic Downtown area, close to shopping, dining areas, 10 mins from Pawleys Island beach, and 30 mins from Myrtle Beach. This is a smoke free home, but your more than welcome to smoke outside. Wow! Property was good. Location was good. Host Alfonza was absolutely outstanding! We inadvertently left some important medications there and with a long holiday weekend coming up it would be days for even an overnight delivery. What Alfonza do? He personally arranged for a courier to hand deliver the meds to our front door! Wow... PS: He also has the Tuscany Bistro Italian restaurant at Pawleys Island there. Didn't know then to visit it, but we certainly will next time.
