Home2 Suites by Hilton Georgetown Austin North

I love this hotel (Home2 Suites by Hilton Georgetown/Austin North. My room was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and has a dishwasher and a bigger refrigerator than most hotels I’ve stay in. I got to breakfast 20 minutes late; asked for a croissant; and a server named Michelle served me a full breakfast plate. The staff here are very polite; helpful; serving with a smile. The pool is refreshing but a bit small limited to only 12 people at a time. They also have a workout room, lots of sitting room downstairs, and a small fireplace out front with sofa/chairs. A computer with printer is available for guests. Easy parking and access to building too. The only thing missing for me is a bigger tub but at least they have one.

Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, free wonderful breakfast, new, clean, comfy beds and pillows, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, gym, pool, great location!

The experience was amazing, the tall gentleman at the front desk was very kind and insightful. The maintenance man was prompt to fix anything I needed fix and always greeted me when he saw my son and I. Ms. Latoya the GM was very sweet and helpful when I try to get breakfast in the morning with a 1 year old as well as the lady who prepares breakfast, she is sooo nice and always gave my son high fives and a banana haha. And Taree the Assistant GM was very nice, friendly and seemed to enjoy what she does. She was very insightful and funny. And the housekeepers are very nice and the room was always clean and smelling gooddddd.

I usually do not give reviews but I have to say this. Great staff! Great location! Great hotel! Great amenities! Great breakfast! Great all around stay!!!

Only complaints were the pool was dirty the day we used it and popcorn was outdated so it was not good. But otherwise brand new. Clean. Quiet. Nice staff!

Decent Place. The staff were very nice and inviting. They said that it is a “new hotel” and it was fairly nice and clean. There were issues with some paint in our room…it was missing or already worn away, did not affect the stay. Breakfast was the typical continental hotel breakfast. Waffles were great as always. The only real negative was there was no water pressure in our sink and the shower water pressure would come and go solar to when a well pump is having issues. The ice machines were turned off due to a boil water notice, I assume from the recent flooding in the area which is out of their control.
