The bed, pillows smelt very bad. Like someone sweaty slept on it and smell emitted was not good. And the floor towel smelt like it wasn’t dried properly. Towels were aged and yellow. No tissues were offered. And the sheets were not of the correct size. Room didn’t feel clean at all.

the hotel that i have booled is near to the eateries. it is is also near to the activities we have booked. we walked to most of the places of interests. we took it to the next level of exercisation.

The hotel room was extremely filthy, and when I asked the staff to change my room, they told me there were no other rooms available. However, when I demanded a refund, they suddenly offered to change my room. The new room was better than the previous one, but there were bugs in the bed.

Nice location, but room size small. Not all PowerPoint are functioning. Toilet no place to hang cloth or towel. No privacy for the toilet. Unknown hole on the ceiling. Door curtains with stains look dirty.

First enter the room definitely unpleasant experience with the floor with spot of water and like not clean at all. Inside the dustbin has dirty water and smells. As the lock, can see broken and not feel safe at all. After that, I request to change the room and seems ok.

A good hotel. I would give it 8.4 out of ten marks and will come back again and introduce it to friends.

Some miscommunication between counter staff and housekeeping gives an unpleasant experience. Roof top garden is badly maintained, no maintenance.

It was good and convenient. I like everythjng. Recommended and it was a good stay.

Clean and cozy room, but not spacious. We dont spend much time in the hotel so it was bearable for us. Great location, walking distance to various food courts and tourist attractions. Nice, friendly staff they have. One downside of this hotel is their bathroom. It is small. The shower area and toilet is not seperated, as well as the basin. That takes us time when getting ready to go out. The whole bathroom will be wet after shower, even the floor outside the bathroom is wet after shower, bcuz the shower head were too close to the door.

The hotel location is strategic because it's nearby Padang Kota so easy to find food and walking at the beach. Besides that, the hotel also clean, comfort and convenient. More over the staff so friendly and take action immediately when we ask for something.

Not suitable to stay here with kids. The stairs are too steep, dangerous & tired to carry your kids. Bad soundproofing, if your kids shouting everyone in hotel can hear. Transparent toilet and no curtains at the front door, if someone open the room’s door can already see everything. Hot shower is not working bcs the water pipes leak. Staffs are friendly but not a really safe hotel. Location great near many restaurants but there are many other hotels here can be considered.
