I love this hotel 😭😭😭 like there is a beautiful beaches inside the hotel, a nice swimming pool there, and a delicious restaurant!! 😭😭 and there is musician performance at night (I really love it)!! The staff there are just sooo helpful!! Like our stingray city snorkelling trip got cancelled by the agent we booked, but then the captain in cayman sun splash tours just being SOOOO helpful, and he helped us calling different agent within cayman island, and eventually we make out stingray city trip before we left 😭😭 we re absolutely grateful for that!! Overall the experience is just soooo good for me & my frds, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!

Had an amazing stay! Loved reading my book on the viewing deck!!! All of the staff were super friendly and welcoming! Renoir and Victoria were absolutely amazing! I will be back ♥️

Very comfortable and accommodating - Close to any destination and attraction - especially beaches on GCI Close to any of the main and desirable restaurants and activities on GCI. Sting Ray City, Downtown Georgetown, The Northwest side of the island - etc.

More than a hotel experience…they treat you like family. Since the moment we got here we greeted with such happiness and warmth by the staff. This vibe continued throughout the stay no matter who was working. Thank you to Ladd, Alejandro, Renoir. Zac and we can’t forget the kitties Raisin, Mango and Kiwi.

Alejandro and Victoria were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, Victoria went above and beyond to make us feel truly cared for—like we were part of her own family. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality are rare to find these days. It's not often you experience such sincere and exceptional customer service, and both she and Alejandro exceeded every expectation. They made our visit unforgettable.

Save your money from not over packing and staying here to rent a car instead! This was an interesting place. Kind of in the middle of nowhere (lots of speed bumps & canals to go around to get ANYWHERE). We had a one bedroom, one bathroom ocean view with a full kitchen, washer/dryer & balcony. Some things are a little dated inside and the pictures were hung really weird. But the staff was amazing and do a really good job. It's helpful they have a shuttle but it's limited. So just rent a car and you'll be loving it. The beach isn't really swimmable but there is an area to get in/out of the water. I snorkeled from the pier and got to see some fish and starfish. It has a great view and they do a good job of keeping up with the grounds. It just doesn't really have a nightlife if that's what you're looking for and it's hard to beat 7-mile beach! But a really good option if you are traveling with a family, need to save a little money, don't plan on being at the hotel much anyway...
