The location is nice and strategic. The check in process took quite a while ( I waited for 1 and half hr to check in). The room is spacious but the curtain has broken and was not being fix before I entered the room. Chairs at the balcony is quite dirty. Hopefully can improve 😊

The location Is located near by Gothong Jaya, plenty delicious food can be found there and the weather is windy and cooling

The curtain is riped, they said they will fixed it but they did not fix it until we check out, many dust around the furniture.

Location is convenient, easy to get around, view from balcony is great, we managed to have the room on 20th floor! TV have Netflix and YouTube, only issue was the bed should be replaced to king size and mattress was out of order we didn't have a good sleep

penthouse 4rooms 3bilik dlm 1 rumah. 1 bilik lg luar rumah. means sebelah jela. privacy sikit mana yg x suka bising2 dgn family lain. living hall only have fan. siang panas bahang. rooms semua besar katil queen.incl aircond. okay✅ only master bedroom je yg ada meja makeup inc cermin. bilik lain semua xde cermin. kena harap kan toilet mirror je👎🏻 toilet size okay.tapi air tersumbat. spoil.tuala berbau ye. busuk gila. dah boleh tukar tuala lain. please note. iron board mcm gampang kaki rosak.dah boleh tukar baru. swimming pool open sampai pukul 10malam. x sesuai utk yg bawak stroller & wheelchair. sbb ada tangga then kena naik lift yg berlainan 2x.kena pakai baju renang sahaja. baju jersey tak boleh. guard halau. kolam ada byk. air suam✅ repeat? tak kot. lift lembab. sekian.

Everything was fine… the location is good near to eateries n convenience store..just a lil bit rushing for check out time at 11am..

Hotel & room nice, but aircond not cool only air. After complain they come to fix and tell us will be ok during 15-20 minutes. After that time still not cold, i ask to fix again but not come untill 10 pm. Ask for changes room also can’t. So solution that i have just open one of the window to make a cool air come and have circulation of air. Luckly I get to stay in a high level.

Value for money and good for short trip. Easy to find restaurant and convenient shop

The moment we entered the three-bedroom apartment, there was an unpleasant smell, similar to the odor of leftover food. The main reason we chose this apartment was its swimming pool, but we were quite disappointed upon checking in and discovering that the pool was out of order. It was scheduled to be repaired only by the following Monday (24/2/2025), by which time we would have already checked out. Additionally, the hot water was not hot enough, and halfway through my shower, it ran out completely. What kind of "premium" suites are these? The bedsheets and towels also had a strange smell!

poor service i want to solve problem their just indifferent the window in toilet can see someone walk over after many complain just apply sticker for me and the wall light wont light up even wires cut also the bed quilt very dirty
