The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Not a bad hotel ! It's very cosy just a lack of eating place .. you need to pay 7 RM per pax to go to the top to eat. Other than that it is a good place to stay There is also of house keeping they came at 10pm trying to keep the place clean

Thanks for the free upgrade. Everything was great. However, upon check in we found a few used tissue paper just besides the bed. Hope that the housekeeping team can do more thorough cleaning when customer check out.

50 to upgrade to Wyndham hotel next door. Very new and the stay was indeed pleasant 😃 check in around 11.30 pm, staff was there, best services, the view spectacular, breakfast is buffet, worth it.

Hotel locations experienced landslide in Jan, if raining season a bit worrying becos the road quite long , winding n dark at nite. The location parking a bit inconvenience when U need to drive in & out a lot becos need to validate your card per exit. The carpark at different bldg, reception is at different building also n the tower blocks u staying also at different bldg. A bit confusing. Luckily we did not stay at tower 4..it is very far away. Got hourly shuttle provided to Genting sky avenue at Rm7 - RM10 per trip. Got few convenient store n cafes nearby if Like to stay in-house for food.

Free upgrade to Wyndham Ion Majestic, overall is good. Only not much choice for foods.

Good stay but it's quite inconvenience for where the check in /out kiosk, car park and parking validation all are at different places.

Good place to stay even though the air conditioner did not operate like it was 17c. The mini refrigerator was not so cold but it was enough to keep our mineral water chilled. The safe box was locked. It was okay since we did not need to use it. Overall still the room was good and clean. Good for two. I'd personally repeat this stay again!

Okay, so for the price, Wyndham Genting was totally worth it. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff were super friendly. The only downside is it's not really walkable to the main Genting area. You'll definitely need to grab a taxi or shuttle, which adds a bit of extra cost and time. But honestly, for what we paid, I'm not complaining. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for budget-friendly and don't mind a short ride. Thumbs up!

The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The amenities are well equipped. However, the sign boards are not clear enough and insufficient to show the directions to the lobby upon arrival. You need to walk quite a distance from the car park to the lobby and to the rooms. Not advisable for the elderly to stay...

OMG 😍 I was so Shock and impresses as we had been selected for the FREE upgrade to Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel 🏨 It was really super amazing as I was waiting for very long period to have a try on this newly launch hotel. The facilities of this new hotel is Absolutely fabulous 👍👍👍 We spend our whole day to exploring this new hotel as there were many floors which we can explored. The parking area is very convenient too and it was free. We took plenty of photo and did enjoy our late night supper at the Cloof cafe too (especially during midnight windy weather). It was super amazing and I will sure booked again with this agent if I will be selected for the free upgrade to Wyndham again 😝 *Just a little suggest to the management, which is the Siemens smell in the room is still very strong because this hotel still consider very new

Upon arrival we were transferred to Wyndham Ion Majestic. This is a new hotel, started operating on Sept 24. The room is spacious, the design is modern, room amenities are up to 4 star hotel standard. The water pressure in the room was very strong and the hot water supply was excellent. There are 2 swimming pools, kids pool, jacuzzi and also a mini kids waterpark. Gym room is equipped with a lot of equipment and is very spacious too. There is a paid shuttle service to genting theme park every 30 minutes, Rm6 per person for 1 way which we think is convenient. Overall I will give a rating of 5 as it is definitely worth the money spent.

The room environment and design quiet good, bed sheets and pillow were clean and comfortable. Just that the sofa and table area were not clean enough, there were alot of melon seed shell and snack stains were hidden on top the carpet and not being vacuum and removed. Hope the management can look into this. The rest are just good and nice.😊
