Far from premium outlet and casino… I book sky retreat but given another apartment room.. in block 7??? need take grab in and out… they provide bus to casino but not free… it is cheaper to take grab if you have 2 and above pax…and don’t need wait specific time… The bedsheets are not changed… and stain with white substance… see picture…

I booked Sky Retreat from Trip.com and during check in we received our room at Grand Ion Delemen Hotel Pros -a decent room size & bathroom -got balcony with mountain view -complete toiletries -RM99 only -weather so nice up there Cons -this is the terrible part: parking and receptionist is far, luckily I read the reviews on how to get to receptionist but I still find it very far. Tak pernah lagi i pergi hotel receptionist dia jauh macam ni. -need to validate tng card before going out in order to get free charge but.. again validation needs to be done at receptionist which is very far. Sangatlah tak convenience oh god. Buat pikir banyak kali bila nak keluar sebab malas nak jalan jauh -lift only 4 but the night we were there, only 2 functioning. Conclusion: Hope mgt will improve on check in and check out process, the lift operation, the receptionist placement. Will not come back once these are improved

I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel and was placed in Block 7, Level 17. The condition of the room was appalling—extremely dirty, with cockroaches in the bathroom, a persistent bad smell, a leaking sink, and a non-functioning air conditioner. It was completely unacceptable. I attempted to cancel the second night due to these issues, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate the request. Despite that, I decided to check out early and moved to another hotel. Thankfully, Trip.com offered some compensation in the form of Trip Coins, but the damage was already done. This experience ruined our holiday and was incredibly disappointing for my entire family.

I had an excellent stay and was especially impressed with the hotel’s room service. The staff was prompt, polite, and professional.

Free upgrade to Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel. Feel great and looking forward in the future.

Pros: It’s very cheap — only around RM100 per night including tax! Really affordable and super worth it! The room is also spacious. Parking can be waived for free! Cons: It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

To be upgraded to Wyndham Ion majestic instead of what I had booked for. The room is spacious, have a balcony, just the problem is the bathroom door can't open from inside, must someone open from outside once close it. Overall is good, if you are want to relax only very suggest this place.

Loved my stay in the hotel. The view of the hills & the lake was breathtaking. The food was very tasty in their restaurant.

Not sure whether it was a standard practice but I ended up staying at Grand Ion Majestic which was awesome. Only downside was I had to grab to First World Hotel back and forth whenever I wanted to venture out. Shuttle bus was provided but it is normally full unless I remembered to reserve earlier. Overall the stay was awesome, view was awesome, facilities were awesome 💯💯

The reception counter is a bit hard to find. You need to take the elevator from the shop area to the 7th floor (you will see a pool and a playground). After that, walk across a bridge-like path towards Tower 3. You will see tower 3 elevator—take it down to the G floor, and the reception counter will be on that level. In short, reception counter at the G floor of Tower 3.

The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Transferred to Wyndham. Hotel was excellent. Got more then what we paid for.

Not a bad hotel ! It's very cosy just a lack of eating place .. you need to pay 7 RM per pax to go to the top to eat. Other than that it is a good place to stay There is also of house keeping they came at 10pm trying to keep the place clean
