The hotel is actually located at back of the Genting Highlands resorts. U need to pass thru all the Genting hotels, malls, theme parks; and drive thru a section of hill road to reach to the hotel, about 10 mins drive. The hotel does provide shuttle bus service but with a charging fee each ride. If u r driving urself, it’s quite dangerous especially at night time or during rainy weather. Room condition is ok however my shower area water is flooded and stagnant, flow out quite slow. Facility floor swimming pool has a heavy smell. If u r checking out early, do rmb to tell the staff in advance as they are not full time stationed at the key collection point. The hotel is not as new and clean as advertised. The building is quite old and there are rooms for improvement for the maintenance. Good thing is parking is free. Overall the stay is average.

Overall good experience staying here. Only bad was smells bad at kitchen. View was very good from balcony. Another suggestion bedroom could have been provided with door from living room.

The environment was bad; the house was very dirty inside and out, false ceiling dust was everywhere—on the corridor, dressing table, bathtub, and in the toilet. All the sofa pillows had multiple mold spots. The water flow was weak, and the pressure was very low. The one-way tub's water worked in the "on" position. The kitchen drying rack was dirty, and the cups all had black mold.

Everything is okay only mattresses abit hard When you sleep on it feel like spring under your back. Cleanest also have to improve again House got abit smell

Location is not so convenient. However they provide transport at RM7 per trip, drop on/off at Genting SkyAvenue bus terminal. Online booking only at RM6 per trip.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, with spotless rooms providing a comfortable stay. The customer service staff are extremely friendly and attentive, addressing issues promptly and efficiently. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it!

Good and fast respond of the landlord, very clean place with 2 futon bed for corner studio, occupied with water dispenser, nearest to first world genting.

Pros Good location. 10 minutes drive to Sky Avenue. Access road conditions are windy, minimal elevation change and most of the roads are lit at night. Plenty of facilities. Well equipped for a 2 bedroom unit. Cons Poor cleanliness. Entire house's floor sticky, not mopped. MUST wear the slippers provider in the house to prevent the icky feel under your feet. Hot water for master bedroom not working. Hot water heater seems to be running on a tank system. So expect hot water to deplete half way into your shower and you need to continue with freezing cold water. Not all TV channels working. You might face insufficient parking if you are visiting during peak season.

Location off beat. Finding route was troublesome. Collecting keys before entering car park. Lift to level 7 access was hidden, took time to find then the room was ok. The sink was leaking I called and their response was immediate. Must see how things work now.
