From the moment we arrived we were not treated with any warmth at all. When things went slightly wrong, eg they left us with no towels one morning they were unhelpful until eventually sorting it out. Rude, unfriendly and very poor customer service

L'hôtel est situé sur les hauteurs, à quelques mètres du centre (prévoir la voiture pour se déplacer). Il est tres bien indiqué par des panneaux rouges pour le trouver. La vue sur la vallée est magnifique. Hôtel de campagne, personnel agréable, on nous a conseillé les lieux pour dîner le soir. La literie était confortable, l'hôtel était calme, nous avons très bien dormi. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, l'eau est rafraîchissante mais à cette période de l'année, nous avons pu en profiter. Plusieurs parkings extérieurs pour garer la voiture. Seul point négatif pour lequel j'ai enlevé une étoile, les chambres sont très petites, les lits jumeaux se touchaient quasiment. On peut vite se marcher dessus. Pas de climatiseur mais présence d'un ventilateur. Prestations conformes au prix.

Hotel agréable avec une vue sur la campagne de Gennes, belle terrasse, calme, parking ombragé, piscine, transats, bon petit déjeuner varié, personnel très agréable, pas de restauration mais nombreuses adresses autour de l'hôtel à Gennes et environs pour se restaurer. je recommande cet hôtel ! Belle promenade le long de la Loire ...

Un établissement avec un certain charme, ce qui n est pas forcément visible de l extérieur .
Bien tenu , propre, bon accueil, une très belle vue depuis la salle du petit-déjeuner ou la terrasse ,

Accueil souriant avec des conseils pour dîner à l'extérieur. Bonne literie et chambre propre, petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Couple qui gère l'hôtel très sympathique. Je recommande prix/ qualité très correct !! A l'écart des commerces et du bruit appréciable pour passer un wk reposant.
