The hotel is relatively clean, the service is good, it is basically a decent resort hotel, and the breakfast is OK.
In terms of facilities, the swimming pool is relatively large, but not standard, it is similar to a round pool for children to play. The gym has everything it should have, but it is very small.
There is a ventilation device in the back of the hotel, which is very noisy and light sleepers may not feel comfortable.
Finally, I want to say that Ctrip's big data is killing the familiar. The same hotel was booked for more than 700 on Ctrip, and 100 cheaper on other platforms. I am very disappointed with Ctrip.

Had a sad experience with the food service at the8th Flr as well as the billing/cashiering. it took so long for the request for transfer to another room was acted upon. the first room hadno telephone and the aircon wasnt functioning. There are no refeigirators in the rooms. The service in the first floor buffet area was good.

I went there for a golf trip and rented a car this time, but I think it would be good to use Grab next time. The hotel facilities are clean and the breakfast view is good, so I plan to come here again next time...
