Das schlechteste Hotel, welches ich in Tirol je erlebt habe! Das Essen ist eine Vollkatastrophe- Abendessen in billiger Buffetform- Frühstück lieblos, kalt und grauenhafte Auswahl- billige Supermarktware! Personal besteht aus Hilfskräften, völlig unterbesetzt und deutsche Sprache, Fehlanzeige- eine Kommunikation in Deutsch ist nicht möglich! Zudem ist das Personal unmotiviert. Ein Management konnten wir nicht feststellen- ich frage mich ob hier eine befähigte Person überhaupt anwesend ist. Wir werden definitiv die Bezirkshauptmannschaft informieren- Hygiene😒! Der hohe Preis ist keineswegs gerechtfertigt. Wäre der Jahreswechsel nicht gewesen, dann wäre das Hotel auch nicht so belegt gewesen.

I don't know how anyone can give this hotel anything less than five stars! Saw the reviews were a little mixed but the very reasonable price and inclusive breakfast plus good location sold it to me. And I'm so glad it did! This is honestly one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at and I travel quite a lot. The man on reception was very polite and informative, and our room was beautiful! We had a room at the front with a view of the mountains and the sports arena opposite which was really fun to watch the ice skaters and skiiers. The room is very spacious, modern, and the beds are comfortable. The location is perfect at just a minute or two into the centre by foot. The breakfast was also nice with hot options included. The spa was wonderful, we really enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. A do prefer the hot tubs to be a little hotter though as I found them to be just warm and coming in from the snow it's nice to have a hot hot Jacuzzi ;-) other than that small complaint it was lovely. All staff we came across were very nice, particularly the man who was very chatty in the breakfast room. If you are considering this hotel you honestly can't go wrong, it was a fraction of the price of the hotels in town centre and offers everything you could want. I hope to return some day! Das war wohl nix. Zimmer groß aber kalt. Fenster undicht und die frische kalte Luft zog herein. Das Abendessen war einfach schlecht. So was hat man noch nicht gesehen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer gegenüber dem Technikraum. Dort war eine Pumpe für den Pool die einfach laut war und man konnte nicht schlafen. Zimmer Wechsel nicht möglich da anscheinend das Hotel voll war. Der Wellness Bereich traurig aber leider war. Für Seefeld mit 4 Sternen unwürdig.

Vor allem die Freundlichkeit des Personals muss hervorgehoben werden. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, Aussen sowie Innenschwimmbecken, leckeres Abendessen, jedes Mal ein kleines Fest, die Lage des Hotels ist ideal Nähe Ortszentrum und hervorragende Wandermöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.

Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und die Lage ist hervorragend – es verspricht auf den ersten Blick viel. Leider bleibt es bei diesem Versprechen, da der Aufenthalt durch das Personal erheblich getrübt wird. Statt eines Luxushotels fühlt man sich oft eher wie in einer Jugendherberge. Hier einige Beispiele: Beim Frühstück im Wintergarten mit Blick auf die Berge wird man vom Kellner zurechtgewiesen, da diese Plätze offenbar nur für Gäste reserviert sind, die für das Abendessen gebucht haben – selbst am Morgen, obwohl der Raum leer ist. Eine Reservierung für den nächsten Tag ist möglich, aber der Tisch wird vom Kellner bestimmt, ohne Mitspracherecht des Gastes. Der Wellnessbereich und Pool werden Punkt 20 Uhr geschlossen, da der Techniker Feierabend macht. Wer nach einem langen Wandertag noch den Whirlpool genießen möchte, hat Pech – um 19:55 Uhr wird man bereits zum Verlassen aufgefordert. Auch das Bett war für ein Paar enttäuschend, da ein harter und breiter Spalt zwischen den Matratzen störte. Fazit: Wir würden nicht noch einmal hier übernachten und das Hotel auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Es hätte durchaus Potenzial, aber dafür müsste der Hotelchef den Willen zeigen, in geschultes Personal zu investieren, das den Gästen das Gefühl vermittelt, willkommen zu sein.

Alles in allem keine 4 Sterne wert. Sowohl das Essen (Halbpension) als auch das Personal unterdurchnschnittlich. Pooltücher gab es trotz Beschwerde nur 1x. Zimmer und Hallenbad und Wellnessbereich lieblos, teilrenoviert, viele Spots, an denen der Altbestand durchschimmert... Die Aufnahme des Aussenpools zeigt die benachbarten Apartmenthäuser im Hintergrund, das Hotel selbst ist deutlich älter, der Anblick so na ja... Selbst ein "Schnäppchen" ist hier noch zu viel bezahlt. Fazit: 4 Sterne sind hier deutlich zu hoch angesetzt. Da machen die beiden (kleinen) Pools die Mängel bei weitem nicht wett

Bei der Reservierung werden € 325,00 für ÜF (sic!) verlangt (Freitag vor der Karwoche). Dafür erhält man ein schäbiges kleines Zimmer im 70er-Jahre Stil, WC und Bad gemeinsam in engem Raum, auch auf Nachfrage kommt keine Bodylotion ins Zimmer, die Dusche winzig, Handdusche hängt mangels Aufhänger irgendwie herum. Die Hotelbar macht um 2300 h dicht und das am Freitag. Das Frühstück ist mäßiger Durchschnitt. Beim Zahlen beschwere ich mich und erfahre von der Dame an der Rezeption, dass der momentane Preis für ÜF ＜ € 200,00 beträgt. Mehr als € 50,00 Nachlass sind dennoch nicht zu erreichen. Dieses Haus ist für mich künftig ein zu meidendes, weil ich mich übervorteilt fühle.

Quite a disappointment. According to my families comment it was the worst rip-off we ever encountered at intermediate stops to Italy. The pictures at the hotel website do not reflect reality. The restaurant was extremely disorganized, as well as the food with was on top hardly edible. The amenities (sauna, pool, gym) were sloppy and not clean. The rooms were quite dirty and a fan in the bathroom was faulty and greasy. When we called for repair, nobody showed up. The price for two rooms & dinner was approx €1100 for one night. This hotel is not worth that rate at all. Try to avoid at all times.

Fantastic location in beautiful surroundings in the Tirol Mountains. Seefeld has great facilities and so does the Hotel. Breakfast is included and very good. Our rooms were very comfortable and each room had fantastic views of stunning scenery. However, the outstanding quality of the Hotel was the staff, in particular Tanya in Reception and Ioannis in the catering staff. Also really helpful was Nadem the Manager of Catering in helping me make this a White Christmas that my family would never forget! We will never forget this Christmas despite the difficulties I experienced with the booking company and the difficulty in communicating with a human being as opposed to a chat bot and the Booking Company's inability to answer basic questions about our stay. Tanya in Particular assisted me in navigating these challenges. I can't recommend Mountain Hotel more highly!
