Grande struttura tipica tirolese in ottima posizione,completa di ogni confort,camera spaziosa e accogliente,piscina e palestra,zona wellness con sauna,sauna aromatica,bagno turco,infrarossi e spazio relax, staff gentile e sempre disponibile, io e la mia famiglia siamo pienamente soddisfatti e appagati, anche per il servizio eccellente di ristorazione, e torneremo senz'altro .

Albergo stile austriaco, pulito, riservato, servizi e svaghi tutti presenti. Cucina varia con antipasti e contorni a disposizione sempre. Ottima la colazione, personale sia italiano che austriaco assolutamente disponibile. Alcune pecche che non consentono le 5 stelle: solito bagno senza bidet, asciugacapelli che fa scattare il salvavita ma la receptionist si scazza perché per 3 volte chiamiamo in quanto rimasti senza corrente. Ma, tant'è...

Abbiamo soggiornato 5 gg presso questa struttura, ottima accoglienza e organizzazione, la proposta gastronomica di ottima qualità, la stanza molto ampia e ben strutturata. Lo staff ai tavoli molto professionale; una nota particolare di merito per Paolo, che ci ha seguito durante le cene e le colazioni , per averci fatto sentire a “ casa”

Ottimo hotel con formula all inclusive. Punto di partenza per le tantissime escursione che si possono fare sia in Italia che in Austria. Cibo buonissimo, menù servito, più buffet a disposizione degli ospiti, inoltre dalle 14.30 viene servita la merenda pomeridiana, fino alle 17. Tantissimi servizi, tra cui, la zona wellness, piscina, palestra, sauna (per adulti). Camera confortevole, con vista spettacolare sulla valle di St Jacob. Particolare menzione per il fantastico Jacopo, animatore dei bambini, mai visto fare quel lavoro con tanta dedizione e passione... mia figlia lo adorava e la sera facevo fatica a staccarla da lui. Consigliatissimo.

Posizione ottima, stanza magnifica. Piscina buona, forse leggermente fredda ma nulla di grave. Cena servita molto buona, colazione discreta. Qualità / prezzo molto alta. (una sola notte, quindi le impressioni sono molto relative)
