## Review of the hotel in Austria I stayed at this hotel during my mountain vacation in Austria and had mixed impressions. ### Positive aspects: - *Rooms*: The rooms were big and comfortable. - *Spa*: The spa was super nice and a highlight of the stay. - *Outdoors*: The outside of the hotel was beautiful, surrounded by mountain scenery ideal for a mountain vacation. - *Location*: The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying activities in the mountains. - *Breakfast*: The breakfast was great. - *Server*: The server Mehrez was the best of the best. He was so friendly and super attentive with us. ### Negative aspects: - *Bistro lunch menu*: The lunch menu at the Bistro was bad. The soup and sandwich were like nothing. ## Overall rating Considering the positive and negative aspects, I think the hotel offers a good experience overall, with highlights like the spa, rooms, and breakfast, but with a limited or poor offering on the Bistro's lunch menu.

Recently stayed at this hotel and i must start with how stunning the location is, perfect for Skiing as very close to the Rosshutte and a short walk down hill into town. We arrived earlier than check in and left our bags with reception as the room wasnt ready and had a walk into town, when we returned we collected our bags and headed to the room which was lovely and clean and lovely view of the moutains. Room was cleaned daily and a good job was done. we stayed half board and had breakfast everyday, we didnt dine in the resturant for our evening meal daily though as we chose to head into town and sample the local foods, nothing agaisnt the hotel however the food was a little fancy for our liking. When not skiing we used the spa which was amazing, massive really and very clean. I was surprised to find an all adult area where everyone just walks about naked lol but it is clearly signposted so you couldnt just wonder in there by mistake. Me and my partner had our birthdays while away on this trip and it didnt disapoint. The only negative that i would mention in this review is upon check in no-one gave us any details about the hotel. We had to do our own research to find the timings of things and the process to follow for breakfast etc. We didnt know what was included and what wasnt - so with your evening meal water is NOT free. You pay for this at the end of your stay at a much higher price than the supermarkets. I am new to skiing and we had hired our equipment prior to coming out to get a better deal and im glad i did this - collected it from town on the second day of our stay again though the hotel gave us no information on skiing or passes etc and just pointed us in the right direction when asked, when i challenged this, staff stated that as we hadnt booked a package with them then they couldnt advise which i thought was odd. Overall though staff were very friendly always making the effort to say hello or morning etc. We will be returning for next ski season as i now have the bug and will stay here again as the location is perfect and now i know more about the area etc we will be better prepared.

Truly a mountain oasis My wife and I had an incredible experience at this resort. The breakfast is amazing. The pool and spa are truly remarkable. Very relaxing.

I stayed here last week with the family and friends for a ski trip. Our room was really spacious which was great for the four of us especially on a day when the kids were too exhausted to go out for dinner so we ordered takeout one night. The location was perfect and only about five mins from the slopes. The pool area was lovely and well needed by all of us after skiing all day. The staff were generally really friendly and welcoming. We had a little incident with a dinner booking on our first night as when we turned up for a reservation we’d made about an hour before they’d accidently given the table to another group of seven. We then had to wait about 20-30 mins for a table to be sorted out and although the lady who seated us we very apologetic we then felt rushed by the waiter as the kitchen was due to close. Had we been seated at the time of our reservation that would not have been an issue. The waiter was then quite huffy with us even though it was not our fault. Given the price of the meal this was very disappointing so we did not stay for dinner any other night during our stay. The only other negative is oddly our used glasses in the room didn’t seem to be getting changed despite the room being made up daily. That said we would still definitely stay here again. Overall it was still a lovely experience and those little niggles did not spoil what was a great stay.
