Lisi Family Hotel

Leider wurden wir oft enttäuscht... *Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, vor allem im Zimmer (noch beschmutzes WC vom Vorgänger, Spinnweben an der Decke, zerissene Vorhänge,...) *Kein Kindgerechtes essen *Der indoor Pool war für unser Empfinden zu kalt *Das 'Lisi World' war allerdings super (Indoor Spielplatz mit viel Kletter- und Spielmöglichkeit) *Für ein 4* Kinderhotel, um diesen Preis, haben wir uns allerdings mehr erwartet

es war unser vierter Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen. Für die gesamte Familie ist etwas dabei und wir sind vom Personal immer wieder begeistert. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Egal ob im Sommer oder Winter Lisi und die Umgebung bieten Alles was man braucht.

Positiv: Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und das Personal beim Essen mehr als top. Essen ist auch gut und ich finde es super das es extra ein Kinder Buffet gibt. Negativ: In unserem Zimmer hat es nach Zigarettenrauch gestunken. Uns wurde ein Babybett vom Hotel ins Zimmer gestellt, dass wir erstens nicht bestellt haben und zweitens hatte es ein großes Loch in einer der Seiten. Wickelunterlage war ebenfalls an einer Seite komplett aufgerissen. Bei einem 4-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich eine intakte Ausstattung.

Si bien el hotel tiene todo para una familia con niños pequeños, nosotros que tenemos hijos adolescentes, la hemos pasado muy bien en este hotel. El servicio y la amabilidad de su personal , hacen que tu estadía sea genial. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, y el servicio gastronómico fue excelente para todos los gustos.

We were at the Lisi in January with two small children (2 & 5)! I have to say I was a bit skeptical because the price was very good in the season after the Hahnenkamm. But I was completely convinced of the opposite! -You can pre-order fall protection, diaper bins, etc.! -Staff from reception to the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating! In the restaurant the plates were just empty and were cleared away immediately! Everyone was very attentive. -Drinks dispenser with water and soft drinks 24 hours a day! -A play area in the lobby, a playroom -The food was very good and there was everything you needed. We liked the buffet best in the morning and evening. With all-inclusive there was enough choice of drinks and ice cream etc. for children! -Extra children's buffet at mini height - children's program very cute! Big thanks to TONi, you do an excellent job! Seldom seen something so great, the mini disco was the highlight with you! -Huge indoor playground, children didn't want to leave. -Rooms, some a little older, some renovated - but all very large and we had a junior suite with a beautiful view of the street/mountains - not loud at all! Thank you Judith for showing us other rooms, I'd be happy to send you more guests... -Skiing options all in the area, Reith ski school works with the hotel! -Parking directly in front of the house - When we left we were given water and something small for the children, rarely have I experienced such thoughtfulness! Absolutely recommended!!!! My tip as a travel advisor at TUi: put more pictures on your site and ours! (more room photos, photos of the playroom, pool) The few photos don't do the hotel justice! Unfortunately, the room wasn't ready when we arrived, but we were there a little early. We were then told exactly where everything was. To pass the time, we went to the super cool Lisi World! It really is an absolute highlight! The programs for the children are very varied. We really enjoyed the morning program in Lisi World because there wasn't much going on then. I'm a teacher myself and I have to say that the creative programs are implemented very well in educational terms (Lisa & Theresa). In the evening, there is more of an action-packed program, which is also great fun at Luna & Toni's house! The kids' team is really great, super friendly and open. The rest of the staff at reception and in the restaurant are very attentive and friendly too. The food was very varied and we liked it a lot. We would definitely come back!
