Die Anlage ist insgesamt durchschnittlicher Standard. Wir hatten uns schon etwas mehr Komfort erwartet. Angebot und Preis stehen nicht im Verhältnis. Unsere beiden Wohnungen lagen im Erdgeschoß. Wir würden diese Zimmer nicht mehr buchen. Unter diesen Wohnungen lagen über dem Wellnessbereich, der sich im KG befindet. Bedingt durch die im KG befindlichen Saunen wurde die Wohnungen den ganzen Tag mit geheizt. In der warmen Jahreszeit ein unmöglicher Zustand. Sonstige Mängel: kein Wlan über Tage, warme Dusche nur nach 10 min, Rezeption nur am Vormittag besetzt aber auch nicht jeden Tag, Notrufnummer nicht besetzt, Lebensmittel aus dem Ort werden in der Nebensaison nicht aufgefüllt.
