Отель гов*о никому не советую
Посмотрите что я бронировала и что получила
Обещан был номер голубой с видом на море. Спустилась сказать что так не честно что это обман администратор нахамила наорала на то что я сказала что ну в будущем лучше исправить что бы не было таким проблем ответ перед ором что «девочка у меня проблем нет проблемы у тебя» я максимально не конфликтный человек но это был ужас
Сняли на сутки сидели в номере все это время ужас
Приложила фото номера за 5к
Это максимум 1300₽
За такой номер должны еще мне были доплатить

Единственное что нормальное в этом отеле это бассейн. Все остальное ужас. В столовой просто вас ненавидят что вы пришли к ним кушать! Порции маленькие не вкусные. Второй чай за отдельную плату. Можно только чай или компот (вода красного цвета). Очень жадный хозяин. Кулера нет на этаже. Полотенце печальные. Выговаривают проживающим что взяли лишний кусочек пирога (который 3см на 3см) ещё и потом обсуждают это бурно. Хамят все. Несоветую сюда ехать. Еду заказывают в отель отдыхающие доставкой что бы нормально поесть.

Более грязного отеля я давно не видела. Уборки нет во всем отели! В зоне еды, ощущение что не ты платишь за еду ! Хамство от сотрудницы Марины , которая перепутала что работая с людьми, любезность и улыбка , это входит в ее обязанность ! С ребенком раньше 8 утра , даже за кипятком не приходи . Бассейн просто кошмар , грязный , мутный . Территория не убирается от слово Совсем!!! В коридорах как в общаге , грязь невероятная . При том, что мы не ждали чего-то вау, важно было чтобы было чисто ! Испорченный отпуск .

Очень рады, что выбрали именно Премьер. Встретили нас очень доброжелательно, вкусно кормили, все чисто и красиво. Были недолго, всего 2 дня, минусов не заметили. Понравился бассейн и зоны отдыха возле номеров на первом этаже. Рекомендую друзьям.

Приехали семьей 8 человек, забронировали 2 номера, они были не убраны. Гуляли с детьми, ждали, когда уберут. Через 4 часа пришли, в номер даже никто из персонала не зашёл. Убрали сами, застелили постели сами. Пришли на завтрак, которого ждали 40 минут, которого нам не хватило. Обслуживание долгое, на ресепшн девушка кричала и сказала, что завтра не моя смена, с другим администратором все решать будете. Отдыхаем очень много, но в такой ужас засалились впервые.
