The room and location was ok, but the bed was not comfortable and the sound insulation was poor. I could hear sounds from the next room. It's hard to sleep.

Booked a family suite but was disappointed. Is not a 4 star hotel. Hotel is old and everything is very basic. No amenities/food within walking distance.

Booked for a one night rest stop. Easy motorcycle parking and check in, no deposit required. The room was cosy and the view from a high floor was great.
Will book again for staycations.

Room was clean, but the toilet bowl was dirty as I saw poo stains near toilet seat and I didn’t notice before I use it.
I didn’t complain as I thought it’s useless already use the toilet so staff May denies even if i complain.
Breakfast was reasonable base on the hotel Price

Ratings are over inflated in Trip.com , please reflect actual condition and recent photos of worn out wall paper, flooring and etc. dont keep the same 10yrs old photo
