Generally, the look and feel of the internal hotel room appears ok by Accor standards but the external part of the hotel is pretty bad. The 2 front-office staff are pleasant and approachable. The hotel is located in an industrial area, secluded. We had a shock of our lives when driving back to the hotel on a Saturday evening (just past 9pm!) and the shoplots surrounding the hotel are tenanted by foreign/ construction workers. These foreign/ construction workers had their clothings hung by up on the few floors of shoplots and around the buildings, foreign workers were either loitering or lazying along the fringe of both sides of the only road into the hotel as well as open fields right in front of the carpark entrance. Don't mean to be biased but we've certainly not had a good experience to say the least.

Abit far from town. But nearest area will be bukit indah. Need to pay toll daily to access others area. Reasonable for price. Free parking and amenities.. Just dont like the small toilet with no place to hang the clothing.

Although the hotel is situated in an industrial estate and the location isn't the most convenient, it's just a 5-minute drive from town. What truly made up for it was the excellent service. The room was clean and functional, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
