Sejour parfait
Nous avons passées une nuit dans une chambre familiale avec nos deux enfants, il y avait suffisamment de places pour nous 4 . Nous sommes arrivées tard donc la réception était fermée mais aucun soucis pour récupérer notre code de porte . Chambre propre et calme. Proche de tout et pas mal de restaurant autour.

OK budget hotell
The staff was very friendly. However, smoking is common near the rooms and in the common areas, so there is a strong cigarette smell. The hotel does not have elevators. The air conditioning is adequate, but if you get a "family room", upstairs it can be very hot in the summer. The room is small but acceptable for a stay of one or two nights.

Les chambres familiales sont très bien avec une mini chambre à l'étage pour les enfants (comme un duplex) les enfants ont aimé. L'hôtel est correct dans l'ensemble mais le nettoyage n'est pas fait tous les jours (le sol n'a pas été nettoyé pendant les 5jours où nous sommes restés) la femme de ménage ne fait que les lit et la salle de bain.

Charged TWICE
Reception was closed upon arrival, tried to check in using the self service machine, which kept telling me I needed to pay when I already paid when I made the booking. I pressed the button to speak to an agent. After sometime waiting for the call to be answered, I was told that I needed to pay and my card had only been used for authorisation. I explained that I had a receipt and had already paid the charge on my credit card bill 4 months previous, it was on my statement. To which I was told I needed to pay and he had other calls waiting and he hung up. I was left having to pay again and will now have to chase when I get home.

Worst stay
It was a frustration for us. Room was smelling dust and other stuff. There was a few insects in the bathroom and on the bed when we entered. We tried to kill these creatures before sleeping.

Idéal en transit
Calme en pleine nuit car dans zone commerciale avec restaurants à proximité, idéal pour se rendre vers la gare et son accès périphérique.
Chambre en mezzanine agréable pour les enfants, sdb exiguë. Bon petit déjeuner.
