It’s a best hotel in Gdansk. Love the surrounding vibes. The hotel very spaces and comfortable. Just walking steps to be at the Gdansk Old City. Definitely worth it and will comeback again!

Good location , friendly helpful staff . Just at old town

Lovely little hotel located in the old town. Comfortable rooms and good service. Nice breakfast buffet. Only downside is no other facilities, no gym sauna or spa.

Super super good location, direct in the most important street of old town, 1 min by foot to the Neptune’s fountain, other sightseeing places we can also go to there by foot. Very clean and super big room. Very friendly stuff. Just one thing, there is no swimming pool, no sauna. Spa includes only massage.

Pros: Great location, less than 30 seconds on foot to Long Market. Cons: - There's some road construction, the Uber we took from the airport to hotel can't find way to hotel therefore he took several rides around, trying to find a way and in the end, we need to carry our luggage for few hundred meters on cobble stone road. - The checkout time, according to the receptionist, is 11:00, not 12:00 as on Trip.com - Since Uber driver can't find the right way to hotel, we asked the receptionist to call a taxi. She called a car (not sure if it's a taxi since there's no meter) and when we reached the train station (2 km away), the driver asked 35 zl for a trip on Uber cost 15 zl.

Hotel w idealnym miejscu, same centrum a jednak z dała od hałasów. Obsługa rewelacyjna, mili, pomocni. Pokoje bardzo przestronne i czyste. Na pewno tam wrócę!

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center and very quiet. The suite is more suitable for a family of three and has a small terrace, but the view outside the terrace is very ordinary. Still highly recommended

First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the center of Gdansk, with many famous attractions within walking distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay for tourists who like to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel's facilities and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable decoration and all the necessary facilities. The daily room cleaning service is also very good and maintains a high standard of hygiene. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The elegant environment of the restaurant and the friendly and professional service staff make every day a particularly pleasant start. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. Not only did they provide a lot of useful information about the tour, but they were also ready to solve any problems we encountered during our stay. This meticulous care made our stay even more perfect. Overall, IBB Hotel Gdansk was a highlight of my trip with its great location, quality facilities and excellent service. The hotel is in a great location, the room facilities are also very good, especially the breakfast, which is the best breakfast in more than 20 days in Europe. If you go to Gdansk, don't miss this hotel.

Although it is located in the center of the old town, it is a little off to the side, so it was very quiet and I slept well. Despite being in the old town, the room was new and clean. There was a refrigerator with three free drinks in it, which was very helpful. Breakfast is optional and costs 3,000 yen, so I didn't eat it so I don't know. The staff are also friendly. I stayed for two nights, and I would recommend this hotel for sightseeing in Gdansk.

The location is good, but there is only one staff member at the hotel desk, so the response is not smooth. Since there is almost no soundproofing between rooms, it is impossible to rest due to noise from the next room unless it is midnight.
