Went there on our Tuscany round-trip for 2 nights, and (good for them, and equally bad for us) found out they were performing major construction works. So we basically woke up at 10 to 8 on a construction-site. You get the picture… So we kindly inquired about a solution fitting for all - cause us being on our hard-needed vacation, we didn’t want to create or enter any conflict. And guess what: in an absolutely polite and understanding way, the manager decided to reimburse our bill completely. Chapeau! On these premises, you‘ll definitely see us again - once your enlargement project is finished for good… 😎

My wife and I went to the winery on our trip to Italy with my sister-in-law and her husband and had the most amazing time. We did the Complete Wine Experience and a 7 course meal with wine pairings. The wine was fantastic, we tried likely 15+ types of wine, ranging from different ages and types. We even got to try wine out of the barrel. Andreea is the sommelier for the winery and she was who was with us all day teaching us how to taste wine, what to look for in wine, showed us around the vineyard, and shared lots of laughs and stories. She was so fun, kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very nice and helped us with anything we needed We highly recommend you go to this winery if you are in the area. My only regret was not staying the night on the property, but we plan to go back and do that.

Be prepared to enjoy everything about this resort. The staff, facilities, experiences, and wine/food are just fantastic. Every attempt is made to make you feel at home with special attention on the little things that make a difference. We honestly enjoyed everything! We were fortunate enough to spend 4 days here and will definitely be going back.

Lovely hotel, very stylish decor and excellent food in a beautiful elevated setting. All the staff were delightful and helpful. The location is close to the coast and just over hour south of Siena. 2 hours to Florence so well placed for cultural trips

Absolutely out of this world. Staff, Place ,food surroundings and weather OMG..STUNNING to all of them. We had four nights in mid November OUTSTANDING. I would go back tomorrow and would love to live in Tuscany. The staff are so lovely, to name any of them would not be fair as they all went the extra mile. YOU SHOULD BE VERY PROUD . Grazie mille

Fabulous four nights in this glorious hilltop retreat in Italy. Thanks to Dahlia and all the team at CSDB for a relaxing few days. Fabulous food- complements to the chef; great service; delicious wine and super views. About an hour south of Pisa … so easy to get to. This resort is also close to Sienna. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

What an amazing resort! Stunning view of the Tuscan hills all while enjoying incredible food and wine. But what really stood out was the best customer service I have ever experienced. The team at Conti di San Bonifacio strive to ensure your experience is memorable from start to finish! I had forgotten my allergy medicine and was pretty uncomfortable the one day from all the trees and the next day one of the staff delivered allergy medicine to my room! It was so incredibly thoughtful and simply have never experienced that level of customer service.

The management were not flexible. We will never consider this hotel or this website just because of attitude.
