location was not bad but was assigned a room right in front of hotel main entrance. no air con while too noisy in opening window for ventilation.... can't sleep whole night as no other available room for change

I like the shuttle bus to the Gatwick Airport. Great! The bed is comfy. Everything is good. Except the parking fee.

I went only to grab a few hours' sleep before an early flight. I did not use any facilities save the bedroom and shower room, which met my needs well enough. The room was clean but the whole place could do with a complete overhaul and upgrade to make it properly fit for mid-21st century travellers.

All in all, a pretty shoddy hotel, and one that doesn’t live up to the Premier Inn brand. Dark room that possessed an air conditioning vent, but inexplicably the AC wasn’t working throughout the hotel. The windows don’t open, either, so it was quite warm and stuffy in there. I don’t know what it is about hotels that don’t provide complimentary bottled water when checking-in? Wouldn’t recommend, and wouldn’t stay there again.

The staff was nice and it’s close to the airport. The room is not bad and also quiet. I enjoyed my stay

It served its purpose. Not sure about being asked to leave a donation for leaving luggage especially when traveling as most likely one is bound to arrive before check in time. Feel like this is the least that can be done for a travelling guest.

Good location for the price, it’s good and convenient to have more sleep before our early flight! Walking distance to north terminal though this is not the one directly in front of the airport. It’s about a five minute walk away from the airport. Check in and check out were smooth and easy.

Love the bath tub. The hotel is close to the airport but a bit confusing as to how to get there. Basically you need to take shuttle from S (£5) or walk from N. The walk was not far but a but of struggle for a smally figure with big luggages like me. So anyone who might not be strong enough to drag their luggages on the road, I recommend the other premier inn. Wall doesn't seem to be sound proof, I could hear kids running above me.

Decent hotel, 8 minutes walk from the airport. Usual Premier Inn great standards. Typical pub grub, just ok, but the service from the team was first class.

Lovely hotel. Ideally situated. Although it was a little tricky to find the shuttle service from the train terminal. Shuttle from hotel back to airport for our early flight was nice and smooth tho. Semi easy self check in. We didn't use any of the amenities as liturally just arrived, slept, and left again. Bed comfy. Room nice and spacious.

A bit slow to check in, computer says no otherwise a very nice place

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Easy 5 min walk from north terminal or you can take the shuttle right to the door. All staff were friendly, polite and professional. I didn’t eat there as arrived late and had a very early start. Tea/coffee making facilities in room, hairdryer, fresh towels and the bed was just amazing for a relaxed comfortable night. Large room with sofa. Only one criticism, they forgot my early morning call but my phone alarm done the job.

Short walk to North Terminal and much cheaper than the Premier Inn next to North Terminal. Would recommend

Ideal location close to North Terminal, where you an go to grab a meal deal. Very comfortable room. Perfect if flying out of Gatwick early in morning.
