"We ordered a large pizza and salad to share as we'd already eaten out at lunchtime and were not that hungry. The food was subsequently brought out without any plates or cutlery. We thought the waitress was just going off to get these. When nothing was forthcoming, my wife got up and asked for plates/cutlery. We were then given the smallest plates imaginable, and then afterwards given 1 set of cutlery between us! My wife then had to get up again and asked for another set of cutlery which was reluctantly provided! The bill had 10% added to it automatically and when we asked for it to be removed (due to the poor service we received) we were met with a dismissive response. The food/drink is very overpriced and the staff seem to think that they are entitled to a service charge for a very poor/rude service."
