Each buildings has their own heated pool. So, you can enjoy night swim without worry. They also serve afternoon tea, and while you are waiting check in process, they will serve you snack and complimentary drinks. Breakfast menu has decent varieties. They have EV charging station at parking area. Cleanliness at hotel, no complaint at all."

"Came to this hotels on my new year holiday, the place is really pretty, the ambience is feels like you were at your grandma villages, the services and foods is great!, the pool is not a hot spring, but that's fine, because this place is near from Cipanas and even if you want to go to darajat pass... also the restaurant's food is really good, we love the nasi liwet ayam bakar and nasi goreng menggila pedas, so if you wanna go for a family trip, with your couple or a solo staycation, this is one of the great recommendation, and just a little information, for the hotels, we have to walk over a couples of stairs, so if you have a disabilty such as wearing a walkchair, i think it's not your best rec."

"It was an okay hotel. The room is nice, the furniture little bit old but it’s neat and clean. We stay just for one night and really enjoy the pool/ hot spring area. Breakfast is also nice. And it was pleasant not really crowded for staying. Might come back again"

"Really uncomfortable when upon arrival suddenly owner just said already full booked and stated that no available room, then property offered some extra charge with lower standard room instead of upgrading or at least same type of room, but overall the room was new build so all of the AC and bed going well except for the services, TV and amenities were not pretty well served as said in the room facilities. The worst thing that we have to clean the bathroom first by ourself upon check in (bugs everywhere)"
